Although we were aware, the lack of an elevator in such a high building but if your aware and happy with stairs then no issue, lack of a view .. looked across to other buildings but this is to be expected based on location .. We were missing a few items listed and these were not replaced after requesting ..

The location was excellent, a very short distance to the old port and easy walking distance to Restaurants, Bars, etc

It was a little difficult to find. If you are expecting a hotel type of street frontage there isn’t one. It’s just a door in a kind of underwhelming street with a building under construction/renovation next door (there wasn’t any noise during my stay though). The 107 stair 5 floor spiral staircase reminded me immediately of that free fall scene in the Bourne Identity many years ago. It is quite a mission to get your luggage up these stairs (then down again when you leave) as there is no lift. I was on the top floor (unit 9) so other units won’t be as bad but if climbing stairs with luggage is a challenge for you make sure you only stay in units 1 to 3 on the lowest floors.

Well equiped, modern, recently modernised, top floor apartment (unit 9). It would be easy to stay here for an extended period. Literally just a couple of hundred metres walk to get to the water. Great bathroom with skylight and a large, full apartment width terrace. Not really any view to impress but still a nice rooftop terrace.

Lovely little apartment in an excellent location. Great restaurants around and within walking distance to everything. We were on the 4th floor so lots of stairs but everything was perfect, really enjoyed our stay. Lovely restaurants close by and we even walked from Saint Charles which was around 20 mins at our leisure.

You can hear people using the stairs, however this is not too bad. The WiFi was very bad, I had to use data. When we arrived we were given a suite that already had someone in it - the owner said they were contactable, however multiple phone calls went straight to voicemail. The issue was corrected in less than half an hour via messages in the app, so I am not rating it poorly as a result.

Very good location, right near the port. Bed is comfortable, shower is lovely. Apartment was exceptionally clean. There was a party with music one block away and we could not hear it.

A big minus is the endless stairs so tiring, our room was located on the 4th floor, a real competition to get to the room, you have to be well trained to climb these stairs that literally take your breath away

A super clean location, the kitchen is equipped with almost everything you need when you are on vacation, the bathroom is also very clean, with immaculate white towels, I personally appreciated the pillows, very comfortable.

The main building door was a bit tricky to navigate. The room could also do with reading lights by the bed.

We could see that some of the room equipment was worn out, also we missed some cutlery and other cooking equipment in the small kitchen. But it was ok.

The room was clean and it was ok. I enjoyed the time spent at the pool.

Great location exceptionally clean. The terrace is an added bonus to enjoy the warm evenings with a glass of wine. As the listing clearly identifies the steps will be a challenge for some, over 100 to the top apartment, so don't book and then complain. We are both heading towards 60 years young and they helped us to stay fit. Overall experience was excellent, highly recommend. 👌😊

Bedroom was very cramped. Bed against the wall on one side and panelling on other so more suitable for single occupancy. We let property know that sockets over bed were not working. Asked for extension lead to assist with use of medical device or additional bedding to enable someone to sleep on couch near working socket. Neither received and we bought our own. Was told all other apartments were fully booked but plenty of check ins and outs during our stay so would have appreciated a move if issues with socket over bed was not going to be looked at. Had to move TV on wall to use cupboards. Would definitely recommend our room for single occupancy. Nice property just need to be careful which room is selected.

Location was great. Generally quiet and located very near metro and buses. All major attractions therefore quickly accessible. Felt very safe in the area. Very good choice of restaurants within walking distance

It was surprisingly small. The pictures seemed much much larger.

The location is on the port and close to everything. It was well decorated and clean. Though the alley that it is on did not seem safe at night to come and go; the apartment building locks are excellent and we felt safe in our apartment.

There would be helpful if with a whole Body mirror. Only washroom with mirror that was not convenient . And washroom may need a rack to hold the tooth brush and other stuff.

Nice furnishings, very neat and tidy. Location was perfect, right next to the port area. The bed and pillow were soft and we have nice sleeps. Air conditioning inside bedroom and living room. Many restaurants and supermarkets around the building. We have troubles finishing the key locks while staff there was helpful. Since there’s no receptionist, this would be by you luck.

Would have liked a bread knife. Need a warning to mind your head on the top flight of stairs. Three head biutts in all.

Well equiped good size flat. Terrace with views over the roofs. Comfortable bed and furniture. Very pleasant sitting on the terrace. Good location for harbour, bars, restaurants and transport. Staff we met were friendly and quick to sort out any problem.
