Beautiful apartment, very well equipped and in an excellent location

Our amazing host Kimberley went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Provided lots of info on things to do and suggestions for restaurants! She also offered a late check out! The apartment itself was very spacious, tastefully decorated, and had amazing views of the canal and the Annecy Castle! The location could not be better.

Fantastic location directly on the canal with a magical view. Steps to shopping, the market, bicycle rental and underground parking. Master bedroom and ensuite was well appointed and had an enormous shower. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Everything. Location in beautiful Annecy is incredible. The flat is so stylish yet has old world touches. Multiple rooms make it uniquely charming. Our host Kimberly was extremely helpful, attentive and available. Helped us make a dinner reservation at a hot new restaurant on the canal within minutes of requesting. One of my and my family’s favorite places we’ve ever stayed. Parking is very convenient, just a 4 minute walk through heaven. This town is amazing.

The only thing I did not like is that the beautiful entrance is a bit dark to find the keyhole, also there is a few steps to be careful of. But let’s be honnest, it is part of the charm and can impossibly be improved

This is cleary a home away from home, this is so different from an appartment made just to rent out for airbnb. We had a very charming and a large place in the middle of the historic city. I loved that there was coffee for us and lots of gifts and recommendations. The appartment was clearly well maintained with lots of equiment for cooking. What can you ask more?

Everything was fine

Ideal apartment for a large family. In the center of the ancient town and with a beautiful view of the canal and to the medieval prison (very beautiful old building). Apartment is very comfortable and done with a great taste. The record player with a set of French classics deserves a special word of thanks.

Because it’s such an old building, when you first enter building there is a musty smell due to poor ventilation in the staircase area. We thought we were in some dungeon! Inside the apartment the bunk bed room was quite warm so we had to turn on the fans. The living room and dining area didn’t have that problem since there was good airflow when we opened the windows. Not sure if there’s anything you can do about this since it’s in a historic building but it would be good to install vents in the bathrooms to reduce the humidity. The half bath by the entrance had a toilet but no sink so you have to go out to wash your hands in the bedroom or the kitchen. Maybe install a sink above the toilet? Also there is a threshold in the door that can be a tripping hazard. Other than these small things caused by the nature of old historic buildings everything was awesome!

Great view being right by the canal and historic palace prison. It was cool to stay in a historic building with modern amenities. Photos were accurate. The apartment was well decorated (love all the fashion albums!) and well thought out with little amenities like air fresheners (Poopourri) for the restroom and nice toiletries. Kimberley (the host) gave us a welcome gift of juice, water, fruit and a souvenir hat from Annecy. Also have great recommendations for restaurants. Easy communication via WhatsApp. We enjoyed our stay in charming Annecy and would highly recommend this apartment! It was the most unique stay on our trip and perfect for a group of four friends! Thank you!

Les Suites D’Anniciaca are amazing. A wonderful property in a fantastic location. The views from the property alone make it worthwhile, but on top of that the decoration, comfort and design of the apartment are fabulous as well.

สะอาดแล้วก็สวยมากยอดเยี่ยม ❤️ Well guided and explained, once we arrived at the place wow it’s was just incredible ! the view was amazing just right on the river where we could feel the true heart of old Annecy. the location was right at the center of all attractions. the apartment was so charming and full of useful quality amenities. The aircon was a big big plus during that time. Of all the booking I had during my stay in France this place was the cleanest and the coziest. Plus they even left some local gift 🎁 amazing thank you 🙏

It was so hot in the apartment that one portable AC is not enough for hot summer. We struggled to go up to the second floor, the stairs very narrow as the building was very old. Parking was difficult to find and far far from the apartment.
