Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The apartment area was quiet during the night, spacious and clean. Equipped kitchen but without soap for dishes. Large fridge with drinks available against pricelist. TV with internet apps. Private entry in the building. Parking available nearby at walking distance, payable. The staff was ready to receive us with a smile and guiding us around the city.

IrelandDuring our stay there was a torrential thunderstorm which flooded part of the Vieux Port. We had a leak into the living room of our top floor apartment with water dripping onto the sofa. The staff arrived within 15 minutes of being called and agreed a partial refund.

CanadaI would book a lower floor next time. Even the second floor was a lot in the high heat and humidity of the first weekend of September 2024. Of course the A/C made up for it once you made it into your apartment.
Clean, valve for money, outstanding friendly staff, and a great location, everything you could ask for in an apartment! I would not hesitate to return or recommend it to friends or family.

Given all the effort put in especially with regard to equipment to cook at home which we did several times, we’d suggest providing a pot lid and also some olive oil as we had to buy one in the end and leave it there. Also a little more loo roll to take into the account the length of our stay + a hoover (even a small one) would have been perfect.
