Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Fabulous apartment in an ideal location! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Marseille. The room size and layout was extremely generous. The apartment was ‘hotel style’, clean and of good quality.

The location was fantastic. Very central to Old Port and the tourist attractions. We couldn't fault the serviced apartments. It had everything required. Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for you., but also very quiet, off the street. There was a supermarket round the corner. Restaurants and bars a short walk away. For us it was perfect and we had a very enjoyable week.

United KingdomThe property is very located very close to the port and all the restaurants and is on the safer side of the town. It is a bit of a walk from the train station but you could Uber quite easily in Marseilles. The only down side which was clearly stated on the website, we were ok but if you’re not good with stairs or have big suitcases then this may not be for you. The flat is very spacious and clean with very nice bathroom and washing machine. My friend confirmed that the sofa bed is very good as well. Will highly recommend this property and the team at reception is super friendly and helpful. They communicate with us on WhatsApp which was super convenient!

We were welcomed by Marc & able to check in early, which we had not expected. Room was lovely, had everything we needed. Best of all its location is less than 2 blocks from Vieux Port (the center of the action in Marseille!) and so many restaurants, shops and groceries nearby. Added bonus was accommodation to our needing assistance with check out, since we had booked a 4 hour activity for our final morning, which would end at check out. (Thank you Marc & team!) Highly recommend!

We were to stay 4 days in the location in a large group and only very few dish washer soaps and toilette papers were given. The staff was very kind when requested for more, but I wish we didn't have to ask given our reservation details

We had two apartments and we stayed for one night Family vacation as we were then taking a Cruise holiday from Marseille. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Location was great, shop and restaurants are literally on the door steps. Rooms were clean and very specious. All staff were very friendly especially Marc and was very helpful during our stay. Checking in was very easy.

FinlandThe deposit of 200 eur might have caused problems but it was duly returned very quickly after checkout. Thank you. Only drawback was perhaps that since the apartment was in the first floor on street side some noise came through windows, however not that much that it would have disturbed my sleep. I guess closer to old port the noise would have been more disturbing.
Les Appartements du Vieux Port had checking on the other side of the block than the actual entrance to the apartment was, which is ok. Though the apartment was in a older building it was renovated and looked very clean and modern, e.g. with all the kitchen appliances needed. The location is perfect, perhaps only hundred meters from the old port, and the area was peaceful and gave safe feeling. Personnel was most kind. I got excellent, fully useful info about what to see and do in Marseille, thank you. Appreciated. :-)
