second time at this hotel, nice hotel

No restaurant and so no dinner as I had planned.

Beautiful hotel tucked away between the vineyards, really gorgeous. We had a fabulous room junior suite with a balcony overlooking the vines, so peaceful. Really worth the money. Staff were so kind and helpful Marc was exceptional. Good breakfast in a lovely lounge. Only disappointment was on Booking.com it shows that the hotel has a restaurant which is why I booked the hotel, but unfortunately they no longer have a restaurant.

The hotel used to offer a full meal service but no longer. This wasn’t a big issue for us as there are several excellent restaurants in Epernay and nearby

Breakfast was pretty basic and there were no other options for meals. However the hotel gave us several excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants

Would appreciate “Do Not Disturb” tags for the door. Cleaning staff entered the room without knocking at 9am. Also, upon return in early afternoon all doors on the floor were open with door stops for cleaning staff to service the rooms. This is not a secure way to service rooms leaving doors open and rooms unattended. Regardless of procedures, I would not recommend this process.

Xavier (sp?) the hotel manager met us on arrrival and provided us with an excellent overview of the property and the area. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was satisfactory. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. Parking was a breeze and location was central to everything we wanted to see on our four night stay. Highly recommended.

Although our "vineyard view room" did have vineyard views it also overlooked a quite busy roundabout. The Eur 4.00 charge for a small coffee on the morning of our departure spoiled the experience slightly, that aside it was great.

Very comfortable room and great to have functioning air con after 2 nights in Switzerland without it! On arrival greeting was exceptionally nice with friendly staff. Beds are comfy bathroom well equipped and everything worked. Location in the champagne vineyards is great.

It is just outside the centre of epernay, but we used our bikes and or hotel gave us a taxi number which was very efficient

My room was overseen a roundabout of the motorway. The location is great to move around but not to stay in the hotel enjoying the surroundings.

My only criticism would be the lack of a restaurant within the Hotel. A basic buffet breakfast was available.

The Hotel was easy to find situated just outside Epernay. Plenty of Parking space available in landscaped gardens.

Having to travel to Epernay for an evening meal as no reasonable restaurants near the property.

Pleasant staff and the breakfast was good but unfortunately had to travel by car to Epernay centre to eat which was about 5 kilometers away. The property was quite close to numerous champagne houses which is why we stayed in this area

Refrigerator in room would be nice to cool champage. Very close to big road which is super easy, but also gives sime noise when window is open.

Wonderful staff. Very clean. Hair dryer in bathroom. Well located between Epernay and Hautvillers. Clean and neat parking / outside area.
