I could hear the people next door, but they were quite noisy. The hotel intervened very quickly and sorted things out.

The staff are truly great, really nice and helpful they make you feel at home. The concierge is adorable. The sauna facilities are stunning. The rooms really cozy, warm and lovely. The restaurant is delicious. The lounge is amazing.

No ironing machine and board in the room. You have to pay 10EUROS per item to get them ironed. This service should be part of the room price and not to be paid extra. Lower floor room too dark that require the lights to be switched-on constantly.

Concierge Mr. Ben was amazing to provide us with the necessary information of the trek and activities suitable for our family. He made the whole experience amazing. The location of the property just 5min walking from the city center, The breakfast was full of options and all very good quality, Restaurants at the property for lunch or dinner were amazing with excellent SPA with outdoor jacuzzi

the dinner was good but the presentation was not nice. And the salad with truffles... very few truffles, very few parmesan and the dressing not good.

The location of the buffet is in a cold room and it is not comfortable at all ! The fruits in a compte were not good. Kiwis very hard and not fresh from the day. Same for the oranges.

Crowded breakfast, only one lady at the omelette / crepes station and no help from the guy at the cheese / ham station.The queue was very long and the little breakfast room packed with people. Not really 5 star standards. The lady managed well and kept her smile despite the stress. The dinner at the restaurant was ok but not amazing.

The main restaurant dinner was a bit disappointing.

Plenty of choice for breakfast. Away from the slopes but very efficient private shuttle. Very welcoming and comfortable.

Fabulous 5* hôtel that lives up to it’s reputation! The breakfast is delicious and has a lot of variety. Beautiful lounge areas in the hotel to relax. Beautiful bedrooms. Excellent spa treatments.

The service quality in the restaurant was not consistent. Would expect a top service considering it’s a 5 Star hotel and the price for the rooms. Fir example did none of the staff during all the meals refill wine or water, which should be standard in such a hotel. The staff was friendly though.

the room have no air conditioning i understand its a chalet, but i didnt expect no air in the room
