We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Denmarkwe liked the seaview and the many resturants close by - especially there is a fantastic bakery round the corner up the canal about 200m away. Also the hotel is nice old building with 9 rooms overlooking the sea. Keycard is picked up in reception of the Hotel Brasilia 100 m away !

NetherlandsThe entrance to the hotel was a bit hard to find. When we finally found it, there was a note indicating we should pick up our keys at the reception of another hotel nearby, since ours didn't have a reception. That was a bit confusing, but after that everything ended up working very well.
The room, although a bit small, was okay. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well, even on a very hot day. The window had decent blinds, which we valued a lot!

AustraliaWhen we arrived, the reception was in another hotel. Then there was a really disgusting smell at the entrance of 'Les Alizes', the door was a side entrance, the hotel was very old. Inside the room it was not clean at all. There was tooth paste in the washbasin, hair on the toilet, mould in the shower, dust on the lamps next to the bed. We felt really uncomfortable and wanted to change the hotel. Unfortunately everything was fully booked.
The staff was very nice. They managed to changed our matressed which was very old and worn out.
