We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Saudi ArabiaThe fact that the toilet is separate from the sink and bathtub. You have to carry the luggage by yourself but there is an elevator and the receptionist was kind enough to help us with our luggage from the car to the elevator!
I liked the location it was very central! The room was spacious and comfortable The staff specially bastien were very friendly! We stayed for one night and wished there was availability for an extension!

MauritiusThe location was great, just a few minutes walk from the lake and many streets filled with shops and restaurants, and even a shopping mall. It is also a few minutes walk from the train station, hence just a great location, especially for people without personal vehicles. The AC rooms were great, had all the amenities along with complementary bottle of water. The staff were really kind and helpful. The service to hold baggage before check in and after check out is absolutely fantastic! We were able to store our luggage safely outside of booking hours and enjoy the city with ease.

United StatesDirectly across the street was a discotheque and at 3:00 am, when it closed, a horde of youngsters decided to take their party to the street. They finally separated at 4:00 am. This might have been an isolated incident as it was during the Film Animation week.

AustraliaBeing located next to the lift. Having to leave our key at reception when leaving the hotel, we like the freedom to just come & go as we please without always having to stop at reception.
Hotel was very conveniently located to the centre of the old town & had a great cafe just downstairs. When our safe didn't work they kindly transferred us to another room on the floor above. The only thing with the new room was it was located next to the lift so you could hear the lift during the night (although it did not keep us awake but we wondered what the noise was on the first night).

The staff were awesome. Location was outstanding…easy to walk to the heart of the city and the main park by the lake. Easy to find and access by car. The garage had direct elevator to the lobby and rooms. The breakfast was delightful and they kept a Nespresso machine in the lobby for anytime coffee.

Location of hotel very close to train and bus station. Room which I upgraded to a slightly bigger one at 30 euros was good and quiet. Staff at front desk quite friendly.
