We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Really nice hotel in a great location. Recently renovated to a very good standard. Victor the owner was great, he changed our booking at no extra cost and was very nice and welcoming. Hotel was very clean and decorated well. 5 mins walk to the beach and cafes. We would definitely go back!

My favorite thing about the hotel was that during the stay it was warm and inviting like being in a large family home while still feeling like you were in a hotel on the seaside treating yourself a holiday. The location is very central, but still located in a quiet area that is peaceful. Really felt at ease The breakfast was delightful with very good quality croissants.

United StatesI cannot say enough about how we enjoyed ourselves at Hotel Le Trouville. No it's not the Four Seasons! It's a beautiful old quaint building with spiral stairway to your room. It's meticulously clean, comfortable and big old windows that open to fresh air and the sound of the seagulls. What really makes it a top star hotel is the amazing service we received from Victor. What a caring gentleman. If only the rest of the world was like him!! And DO NOT miss the breakfast. The most delicious premium everything. The muesli, the creamy milk, the bread! The croissants!! The jam! Also if you're deciding between Deauville and Trouville, Trouville is more quaint and you can get to Deauville easily. Thank you Victor(spelling?) for making our stay very special.

Fabulous location, beautifully designed and curated. Staff were really super friendly and really went out of their way to make sure we made the most of Trouville. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Thanks to Victor and Mary (and Victor’s grandmother’s jam-making skills)! Very good value.
