Lovely apartment in amazing location. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Thiou was an absolute highlight! The host Stefane is also really helpful and provided lots of great tips for exploring Annecy. Would highly recommend!

It was hot- not a fault of the owners- climate change I fear- but the fans didn’t provide sufficient cooling

We loved it all - remember just like most flats and apartments in Europe there will be stairs - just keep that in mind bringing your luggage up- nothing too difficult- also extremely secure and safe!

The requirement for a security deposit was not as clear as it could’ve been - would be better if this was more clearly stated upfront.

Perfect location, gorgeous outlook over the Le Thiou canal. Historic apartment. The owner went out of his way to greet us and helped us with car parking.

Great location on a beautiful canal in the center of everything you want to see in Annecy. Stephane was very kind, communicative and accommodating. Spacious and very quiet with windows closed. Farmers market several days a week, just steps away.

Everything is great! The best boulangeri is just right cross the street. The restaurant le chalet where I had the best perch and Tartiflette is just right cross the bridge. The flat is on the river that you have the best view of the Venice in Franc. Stephane is very friendly and helpful.

The stairs to the apartment were in a weird location which shared a courtyard with 2 restaurants...people were friendly enough but I would feel uncomfortable if traveling alone or without companions.

The little terrace... the location... the host was very helpful with recommendations etc Very nice to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer.

Having to leave! I was not crazy about the stairs, but it's very manageable.

All-inclusive breakfast was delivered promptly to our door in the morning. Fresh croissants and orange juice were a treat, along with natural yogurt, apples and baguette.

Would like to see the property offer recycling bin. We took our recycling out to find a public bin.

Amazing service from owner - all the benefits of Airbnb with none of the drawbacks. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Just a quick walk from the bus/train station. Super cute interior. I loved to ergonomic pillow, my husband wished for a larger pillow though.

Too few towels but we managed!

Fabulous unexpected breakfast delivery. Location was more than fabulous, bang in the middle of the old town and with the best ever balcony for people watching on the pretty main canal

Towels could be better, maybe hook on the wall to dry used towel can be nice too! But it was not a big deal for us, since our stay was just 2 nights.

We were not expecting the full breakfast! Pleasant surprise! We loved the location, Right at the city center, surrounded by lively restaurants and bars. The breakfast with that view was amazing, in fact, better than the pictures shown on the booking site! Having multiple options for seating in living room was great too, used coffee table for breakfast and bar table for take away burger in the evening. The fully equiped kitchen, although did not really get a chance to use it.

The only thing I didn’t love was the bed it was okay, but not preference of firmness.

Nothing was unpleasant.

Annecy is an incredibly beautiful city. made even better by this wonderful accommodation and wonderful host. He arranged a driver to meet us at the train station and he walked us right to the door. A wonderful surprise greeted us each morning with fresh croissants, baguette, orange juice and coffee. The flat has a darling balcony that overlooks the river where you can spend hours watching people, ducks, and sunsets. I would highly recommend this place for your visit to Annecy!!

Stephan is going to provide written instructions in English which will make it easier to use the washer/dryer, dishwasher and range. Stephan explained everything to us when we arrived, however, we were a little “Jet-lagged” and did not remember all of the instructions.

The location was perfect!: right in the middle of Old Town! it was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great! We loved the towel- warmer rack!

Truly nothing.

My husband and I stayed at Le Thiou Paradise for 3 nights and I’m so happy we did! The apartment is so cute and the balcony has the best view right above the canal. The location was absolutely perfect. Stefane was very helpful and always reachable. Definitely 10/10 recommend!

Restaurants around the apartment can be noisy in the evenings but easily solved by closing the windows.

Fantastic location right on the canal and easy walking to everything. Well set up apartment with a lot more space then most. Owner was very helpful from start to finish and provided excellent service. The regular markets are literally right outside the door. The usual resturants, gelato and touristy type shops on the road outside. The lake with a 5-10 minute walk and the main city and train station are 15 minutes away.

Bedroom without A/C and quiet noisy when window open (esp. from 6am in the morning). Annecy in August is "overloaded" with tourists during daytime - to get dinner in one of the several restaurant you either need to make reservations beforehand or queue for dinner for some time... Parking garages are always full.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped and in quite good condition. The balcony is small but a very nice treat for breakfast and wine in the evening. The host was very friendly and caring and gave tips for a nice stay. Annecy is a beautiful small town well orgnaized and tourist friendly - (rental bikes and paddle boards, free bus line around the lake, special rates for multi-day parking) The lake is the real highlight - very clean water and perfect for swimming or sport activities!
