I was disappointed to find no toiletries (not even soap) in the bathroom, and no sink plug either. Breakfast was fresh, and decent quantity, but no cheese or cold meat ("simple French breakfast").

The staff were very helpful, and spoke a little English. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom & shower were mainly fine (but see below). The room was quiet and well ventilated. The parking area is very roomy and secure, though difficult to access. The price for two nights/one person was very good for Mulhouse.

we only stayed one night on our way to Italy. what you see is what you get: it’s not the fanciest place but the hotel isn’t selling itself as such neither. late check in possible, staff was very friendly and helpful so we had a good stay!

While the hotel itself is quiet, its next to the main street which will be heard.

Room is reasonably large. Even if not every staff could speak English, they were very friendly and could explain everything important.

The hotel feels a bit old, therefore I wouldn't recommend long stays. The parking lot is not designed for lower vehicles, especially the back door (don't ask how I know) .

The staff was super friendly and helpful! They gave us a map and explained us how to navigate the city. Would come again in the next period.

Felt like a dorm room with the furnishings and all, but I expected that in the pictures and the staff ABSOLUTELY made up for it; the cleaning lady was a saint and did everything to make our stay better! Honestly, even though this isn't much of a hotel I was hoping to stay, I'd come back just because the staff were really accommodating.

The staff! They were absolutely nice. They were attentive to our needs and followed up with them right away. We had to change one of the rooms because it smelled like smoke, and they did everything they can to change it. The front desk man can seem rough, but he's truly a nice man inside and gave me several recommendations and information; at the end, I saw him as a father-figure! Also, plenty of free parking :)

Parking looks bad but very secure. Spacious room and very clean. the staff wa very helpful despite the language barrier.

In the end we paid on arrival, but decided to stay elsewhere at the last minute as we didn't feel comfortable. We already had a poor impression from the area, which seemed downtrodden and unwelcoming. The hotel was worse - the threadbare, dirty carpet from reception was a very poor first impression. The reception area needs painted, and the bathroom off the bedroom needs attention too.

The outside appearance could be better. It looks grubby and perhaps not good for a solo traveler. This was completely wrong but a shame nonetheless.

Cleanliness of the room was not good, molds appearing in the corners of the bathroom. The room smelles disgusting, like someone is smoking there always. Neighbours were fighting around after midnight.
