We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceThe windows to the kitchen/ living area only had voile curtains and to gain evening privacy one had to go outside to close the shutters - not good with the rain we experienced! Would have preferred draw curtains similar to those in the bedroom.
Very prompt correspondence prior to the stay- due to the terrible weather forecast we changed our room booking for the apartment so as to have better facilities. Delightful , friendly owners who ensured everything ran smoothly. Exceptionally clean in all areas and although we were unable to use the pool due to inclement weather it was cleaned daily. Impressed that the breakfast bar was kept fully topped-up until 10.00am closure. Easy parking outside the hotel. We would have rated it 3*.

Due to missing a bar or a restaurant, the hotel is not having a relaxing ambiance and after a long bycle tour you first have to take a drink in the City. A list of recommended restaurants could be considered and a fridge in the room or common room. Attention points. Don’t Forget the extra toilet paper.
Breakfast was good with a lot of variation. Hotel is located in the centre of City and parking is opposite the hotel. Gentle and kind staff and you get a small tour at beginning from the host. The Common rooms were clean.

FranceLovely hotel. We were upgraded to the Villa - a wonderful self contained apartment within the hotel. Would thoroughly recommend this for a group of 6-8 people. extremely well equipped kitchen and great outdoor eating areas. There was a hot tub (not in use when we were there). Great swimming pool with plenty of loungers. We did not have the breakfast as we had our own facilities.

United KingdomWe booked the Villa for a special occasion. It looked nothing like the photos, the beautiful turquoise sofa had been replaced with a drab grey lump. Beds were not made, the dishwasher and coffee machine has not been emptied. The hot tub was cold. Staff were begrudgingly helpful, but not very welcoming unlike the many mosquitoes who were delighted to see us…

FranceUnpleasant people on reception who only worked from 9-12 and 16-19. The shower leaked water onto the floor, the cistern kept running once flushed and there was no extractor fan so smelly damp bathroom. The walls were very thin so you could hear what your neighbors were doing and in what position.
