Was a bit worried about the lack of late checkin as we had a long drive with the risk of delay, I suspect if you had a genuine problem and kept in touch they would be fine.

Breakfast was perfect for us. Location for the town great, close enough to be there quick far enough to be quiet. Staff were great ! They went above and beyond.very helpful and a warm atmosphere. Room was very clean with nice views black out roller blinds were great and pool was a bonus in the 35deg heat.

The room was a single room but it was quite small. It was also quite hot although the hotel did find me a fan on request.

Haven’t really got anything bad to say about hotel, if really have to put something, would have liked hash browns with the breakfast.

Arrived for summer MTB holiday, location perfect. 5 minutes from skilifts and supermarket. Staff very friendly and helpful, allowed use of bike wash and provided secure lockup. Room ideal, clean, air fresh each day, excellent shower, soaps provided. Balcony with view next to stream, liked leaving door open of a night. Breakfast, good choice, value 7euros. Didn’t use pool much but wish I did, clean excellent views quiet. Allowed my to store bike and cases after checkout, and continue to use hotel, allowed me to access mountain on final day. Amazing. This hotel was everything I could have wanted for MTB holiday would definitly go back.

Lovely little family run hotel on the outskirts of Morzine. Run by a very friendly and helpful couple. A short walk into the centre or a convenient bus stop close by for the free shuttle buses.

Location of the Hotel is great, within walking distance of the town and very close to the bus stop. The family run hotel was amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Clean room every day. The breakfast was lovely - I'd definitely stay again :)

There are no Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room.

The Hotel was clean and tidy. It was located very close to the Ski Bus stop that enabled travel to Morzine and Avoriaz very easily. The rooms were a good size and the bathroom we had was modern and had a good shower. Breakfast had plenty of variety and the bar was well stocked. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and made our stay very easy and enjoyable.

There is literally nothing that i could improve on. This is an independent hotel of the very best kind. High standards, and friendly, hospitable hosts.

Hotel le Soly is immaculate! My room was pretty and comfortable with lots of storage space for my clothes, and convenient cabinets in the bathroom. The family who own it are super nice and helpful. Breakfast is great! Freshly made scrambled eggs each morning and they are perfect. Also fromage frais with various fruits, and home made prune compote. Something for everyone. They also do a nice three course dinner most evenings, all homemade at a good price, so no need to go out if you don’t want to. The location is also perfect , far enough from the main town to be quiet, but only a short walk away if you want the bars. The added touch of being next to a lovely gushing river, added to the atmosphere.

The only thing was you really needed to take the ski bus to the slopes but the stop was very close. Always wish there was a kettle in the room. Nothing bad to say

Perfect location - 30 second walk from the bus stop and 10 min walk from the town. All the staff were friendly and, the room was a great size and, extremely clean. I would definitely return.

Really helpful and super friendly location was perfect 5 mins walk to town. The weather wasn't great and as we were biking they dried our shoes for us which was a plus.
