A really lovely hotel in a great location. Friendly staff, great breakfast, huge split level room for the family with beautiful views. We spent 2 nights here on our way to the Alps. Would definitely stay again.

After a disapointment at an another hotel we were delighted to have become a very nice Double Room for the night. After a very good breakfast we were on our way back to Germany. Highly recommended. Many thanks 👍😎🌞

Mattress was too hard for us . Everything else was great.

Family room was excellent, large and well equipped. The indoor pool was lovely. Both receptionists we spoke to were extremely friendly, helpful and very good at their jobs. We were made to feel very welcome.

Immediately off the bicycle trail with excellent indoor secure bicycle parking . Reception staff was very helpful and friendly . Lift to rooms . Rooms spacious and very pleasant . A/C works well . Our room was on the 2nd floor and had great views , comfortable bed and toiletries in the clean and bright bathroom. 100m. from the walking street through the old town with multiple shoppes and restaurants .

The menu of 38 eur wasn't wow. The menu sequoia was better.

Good position near main entrance to this beautiful town. Motorbike friendly . Bike parked nxt to hotel. Secure garage available at a cost. Clean room with air con . Good clean bathroom. Friendly staff. Lovely outdoor pool that is heated. Friendly staff.

Nothing. We didn’t eat here as the breakfast was expensive and it’s not worth it for my appetite. The patisserie was nearby and the croissants were amazing.

Perfect location for a one night stop over whilst travelling back to UK. The town was absolutely delightful with many many restaurants, shops and bars and inexpensive.

The reception staff were extremely nice and helpful. We were given an upgrade, which was lovely. The pools are nice and clean with plenty of seating around the outdoor pool. The location is just a 5 minute walk from the centre of town.

We had a superb stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very helpful, particularly as we decided to up grade our room to a room with a balcony. The room was lovely, looking directly over the vineyards. The outdoor swimming pool was warm, we enjoyed a lovely afternoon here, on comfortable sunbeds. The indoor pool was small and not really suitable for a proper swim but still a good facility - there were plenty of sun beds for a lazy afternoon on a rainy day. The highlight of our visit was the restaurant. Having travelled through most of France, this was by far the best food we had. Both our evening meal and breakfast were superb. Riquewihr itself was a little disappointing. Small streets with lots of restaurants but nothing else to see. We hired electric bikes and cycled to other place, which to be fair, were similar. It was worth visiting, just to see the area and enjoy the hotel. For such a small town, the hotel had plenty of parking.

Size of the room was functional and on the small side.

Near to all the facilities and attractions of the village. We liked the fact that we could walk directly into the vineyards or directly into the village. Easy parking.
