The room was on the small side (the bedroom part, the bathroom was big) and the walls were pretty thin.

Bathroom radiator was dusty. It would be more practical if the bedside lamps could be switched on individually - they currently can only be controlled from one side of the bed.

Spacious room for Paris with a very comfortable bed. The cot they provided for our young baby was of good quality too. Staff were super helpful. Lovely restaurant on site which was very popular with locals as well. Walking distance from Gare du Nord and just by the Canal St Martin which gave us the opportunity to explore a new area of Paris but with a convenient metro line close by to explore the rest of the city.

The staff was amiable. They have helped us in many ways. Our room was very cozy and quite big. The hotel's location is very nice. It is very near Canal Saint-Martin and all the cool cafes and restaurants. It is also easy to commute to every zone.

Tiny nitpick—we had called and asked the concierge to help us make a reservation at a specific restaurant in the city, and they told us they had, but when we arrived, it turned out they'd made us a reservation at their restaurant. Lost in translation most likely, but just flagging for others in the future.

Very comfortable, large suite for Paris, in a fun, less touristed neighborhood. We stayed only one night due to its proximity to the train stations, but would absolutely return. Friendly staff and though we didn't eat there, the restaurant was crowded with locals for every meal.

Although the room décor was super cute there was very little hanging space and no drawer space which for a 5 night stay would have improved things. As typical English people it would have been nicer to have a kettle to make tea rather than the Nespresso machine which was really not up to the job. We ate in the restaurant 2 out of our five nights and the food was great - although a shame that the room information was out of date and so more expensive that we were expecting. T

I booked this Hotel not really knowing much about this area (or in fact any area) of Paris but what an amazing location so close to the vibrant canal St Martin. The hotel was lovely, room clean, bed super comfy, great shower and the staff very friendly and helpful. The food at the restuarant was great. The atmosphere around the Hotel is buzzing and could get quite noisy at night - the double glazed windows kept this out effectively but on a hot night you'll need the air con on!! However all in all this was a great place to stay and close enough for to walk to the main tourist attractions! I would highly recommend!Paris_Ile_de_France.html

This was an exceptional, beautifully decorated hotel that is conveniently located near Gare du Nord for the Eurostar. The restaurant downstairs was superb and does a great breakfast. It is right by Canal St Martin, which is lovely to walk along, as well as nice eateries, markets and a little park close by. There is a metro called Chateau Landon a couple of minutes walk which is well connected for all major sights

The protective sheet in bed was not very comfortable as it doesn't let anything (air included) go through it.

There is no obvious bell to attract the attention of the night porter if they happen to be away from the front desk and you arrive out of hours. But this is only a minor detail. Staff is present 24 hours.

The hotel restaurant is of great quality and the location is easily reached by public transport. Staff were friendly and always willing to accomodate. A home away from home.

You should have in mind that it is still a railway station area of a big city, which is a plus, however sometimes it is not very comfortable to walk after dark. It is a three-strorey hotel with no elevator (if it is an issue for somebody), but the staff helps you with the luggage.

Didn't expect a.such great service, b. L'occitane toiletries, c. nesspesso capsules & coffee machine in the room. Comfortable and spacious (especially for Paris) room with separate shower/toilet, very comfortable bed&pillow, super tasty restaurant within the hotel, good breakfast (especially for Paris) with fresh orange juice, convenient location to use RER to the airport/Eurostar/any sightseeing within 25-30 min by metro max. The room was cleaned every day. The staff was very helpful, borrowing not only the cork screw and glasses for our wine, but also an ice-basket.

Noise from the AC ventilators just outside our room, dust under the sofa bed.

I wished the breakfast was cheaper - buffet is all out and has good healthy options, but nothing all freshly cooked. But then - you still have a lot of options with what you’re given and it does taste good.

A very cosy room, nicely decorated. Has all you need in the room. Very nice welcoming staff.
