GreeceThe check-in hours are unreasonably late and chexk out earlier than usual hotels, I don’t understand how this can be with the kind of best hotel of the village. The breakfast choice is rather poor, just couple of positions.
The location is obviously superb with view to the Abbey, especially charming are rooms with view, in general fine facilities, tasty breakfast (though rather poor choice)

GermanyI find it unfortunate that the soft product is not matching up with the hard product. For instance, the breakfast was a major let down, the choices were limited and the quality was below average. The could also have simply chosen a different music playlist at the breakfast place so that the morning is more relaxing (rather then like a clothes shop). I also find the room rather dark in the evening and there were no water boiler, which I will expect to be present at a 4 star hotel.
The location definitely is a big highlight, and the room was very spacious

United StatesHotel very dated. Our room was very hot and there was no a/c. We opened the window which helped, but got flies in the room. We stayed 2 nights and the hotel didn’t inform us that we needed a new code each day for the parking lot. When we couldn’t get in the lot, we had to make an international phone call to the front desk to get the new code in order to park the car. Stressful and unnecessary.

It was rrlaxing, as vlose to Lw Mont-Saint-Michel as it is possible to get. Next to the free bus stop, or a glorious stroll to the island. Parking is easy.

The hotel was well equipped, the restaurant had a beautiful view. The room had a very beautiful view despite the fact we did not have the window with Le Moint Saint Michel. The room is quite big and very calm at night.

The location is great nearby the Mont Saint Michel, you can get there by walking and you have a really nice view of it. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast was fine.

IndiaThere is a parking charge of 10 Euro per day which ideally should be included in the stay. To reach this location there is no access other than by car so an additional charge doesn’t make sense.
The view for the Mont St Michel view room was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent.

United KingdomToo many flies, bathroom was very tired, missing tiles or broken tiles. Coffee machine leaked, chairs were very average for comfort. The bath towels were more like head or hand towels, we ended up using the bath robes.
The room and view was fantastic. The beds were incredibly comfortable.

United KingdomIf I were to offer a minor complaint, it was that one night one of us had some rather tough veal. On a general note, the area of La Caserne itself is slightly strange. It consists of a number of modern hotels, along with eateries that don’t get great reviews on-line. If you’re driving, you need a code to get through the barrier, and this was provided in advance by the hotel. We witnessed some vehicles having problems and the system needs an upgrade. This isn’t the hotel’s issue, though.
Le Relais Saint-Michel is the last hotel along the strip called La Caserne, accessed by vehicle through a barrier system. It is the hotel closest to Le Mont-Saint-Michel itself and we stayed three nights. The walk along the causeway is great but there is also a shuttle bus stop outside the hotel. The view of Le Mont is superb. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean; bathroom facilities eminently roomy. Car park is outside.
