This apartment was perfect for our stay in Annecy! Excellent central location, close to the lake, 5 mins walk to train station and situated above a lovely little boulangeire perfect for breakfast! The apartment was clean and had everything we could have possibly needed with some added luxuries like coffee machine and netflix!! The bed was super comfy!! when we arrived the owner Estelle had left some balloons as it was my birthday! such a lovely little touch! I'd really recommend staying here and I hope to come back myself in the future! ❤️

Did not offer small extras such as laundry detergent or beach towels. Three coffee pods for two people four days and we had to go buy our own toilet paper as we ran out.

The location was excellent, close to lake, old town, bakery, restaurants, etc. and the facilities were quite comfortable.

I can't think of anything to change. Estelle is terrific and her property superb. I worried about the noise, being on the first floor overlooking the street, but never heard anything from the bikes and pedestrians and there's barely a car passing.

Everything about this property was lovely. Our host was kind and responsive, answering my every message within a minute. The apartment was clean and comfortable, well-outfitted and designed, with great beds and well-functioning systems. And the location was perfect -- just outside the busy ancient village on a very quiet street with shops and restaurants. We could not have been happier.

Excellent stay at this apartment, all thanks to a wonderful host! Estelle is an incredibly nice, friendly, helpful and super responsive host. She left us very clear instructions that made our key-collection and check-in process very smooth, gave us great restaurant recommendations for the area, passed by the flat to help us on a few questions we had, and even allowed us to do a late check-out and keep our luggage in the apartment after check-out, even if she had to clean the apartment and get it ready for her next guests (of course we picked up our luggage before the next guests arrived). Other than this, the apartment was great to stay at - very functional, clean, comfortable, and contains all possible useful amenities. When checking in, there is also a booklet with lots of helpful recommendations for visiting Annecy. Many restaurants nearby and a fantastic boulangerie just outside the building which was great to grab a bite for breakfast before kicking off the day. Location is excellent - halfway between the train/bus station and the lake/old town, each accessible within a 10-minute walk only. Perfect to stay in a less crowded and quieter area than the town centre (which gets super busy in high season) while staying super close to it (we were able to visit all touristy spots in the town centre and do a lake tour in just 2 days). Would definitely book again on another trip to Annecy. Merci encore Estelle!

This apartment is the ideal place to stay in Annecy. The location is unbeatable - it's just a short walk from both the train station and the charming old town center. The interior design is stylish and modern, yet the apartment itself is spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. But what really special was the hospitality of the host. She graciously allowed me to check in early, which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Annecy.
