We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lovely boutique hotel located on a quiet street inside historic wall town. Worth mentioning: the hotel has well appointed two-room unit which worked really well for us travelling with the adult son. The beds are extremely comfortable - I had the best sleep during our entire vacation :) The owners are very welcoming and helpful, they provide plenty of recommendations about points of interest and restaurants.

GermanyWe had an absolutely wonderful time in Saint Malo and a big reason for that was our stay at Hôtel Le Nautilus. The couple owning and running the place are absolutely lovely! We got lots of wonderful recommendations, without having to ask for them, all tailored to our Interests and duration of stay. Our Room was small, which was to be expected in a hotel in the Old Town, but we had everything we needed! Our favourite aspects, apart from the fabulous Hosts, were the Bed (extremely comfortable, we're now dreading to return to our own bed) and the lovely breakfast (great selection and more than enough food). Also the location in the Old Town was really amazing for us, as it gave us the opportunity to come back to get stuff or rest at any time of the day! When we wanted to go swimming by the beach they even offered us additional beach towels. In conclusion: amazing hospitality, fantastic location and wonderful facilities! Thank you so much for having us, we'll be back!

The location in the historic area of Saint-Malo was terrific and it was on a side street so quiet at night. The room was clean and bright.
