ItalyThe fact that renovations works are far from being over yet, something which caused a bit of some personal disappointment upon arrival; yet something that, however, was actually managed and taken care of beautifully by the front desk and GM herself, straight afterwards.
The building itself was charmingly restored and looked very pretty, with impeccably-sized and lovingly refurbished rooms. The main building’s lobby and restaurant featured ample French doors which enabled us to enjoy wonderful daylight while passing/staying in the area

It’s set in a lovely quiet village steeped in atmosphere. A lovely building newly renovated to the highest standards. The room was excellent and if what I would expect from the COMO group. The restaurant was superb and great wine choice. Highly recommend. This was a last night Stay for my wife and I have toured several countries for two months and we wanted something very special to end. We got exactly what we wanted here. It couldn’t have been better. We did upgrade our room to the delux and felt it was worth it.

United KingdomIt's a beautiful place but it's early since reopening so some things are still ongoing. For the future, some umbrellas for the terrace outside the bar would be a welcome enhancement, as would be some shady benches/seating areas in the lovely garden.
A really enjoyable experience from start to finish. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel has been newly refurbished since being taken over so a few things were still bedding in, but you would barely notice. From reception, to help with bags, to background on the area and the hotel, to the bar & restaurant we felt treated like friends rather than clients and by the time we left (only 2 days later) we felt like part of the family. Moreover the room was lovely and super roomy, and the restaurant exceptional (and as you'd expect so was the wine list). We will definitely be back. PS. the supplied bathroom toiletries are delightful.

United KingdomThe blind in the bedroom was broken, I'd asked for 2 ground floor rooms, (the website asked?) in the chateau and we had a first floor and second floor room in one of the outbuildings, it was fine though!
It's a lovely hotel, the restaurant is great although I think its almost trying too hard! The rooms are comfortable but my parents room was small, not much room around the bed. Lovely staff and good service. Our second stay there. Would go again!

Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed Monday & Tuesday due to staff shortages so we missed out eating here but a local restaurant in a nearby village was recommended which was fabulous! The hotel was spacious, peaceful, clean & fresh. Plenty of outdoor space & relaxation areas for Lola our dog to explore. Breakfast was delicious serving local produce of the highest standard, staff were very friendly & efficient. Will return!
