Room was a little tired. Marks on walls and chipped paint.

Excellent location.Very close to station trams and supermarket. OK for 1 or 2 night stay. Does the job.

It would have been great to have in the room a kettle, and some basic stuff as cups and spoons, as the persons from the reception were not happy to share with us 2 spoons and 2 cups :D

The hotel is very well situated very close to the central place and near all the caffees and place de la Comedie, on a quiet street, accesible by public transportations. Rooms where very clean we stay just for one night there The city was amazing, totally worth visiting

Noisy from the traffic. Toilet seat was broken in half and taped together with masking tape. Bed had no support - too soft and uncomfortable. Shower sprayed in every direction.

We stayed in room 31. 12pm check out and free luggage storage was excellent, as it meant we could explore Montpellier before our train departed. Shower had lots of hot water. Shutters and curtain made the room nice and dark. Bunk bed had a good safety rail on the top. Very close walk to Comédie area and train station.

very small room. very loud in the hallway outside the room when other guests came and went. i was told parking was close and 15 euros per night. i was charged 22 euros per night.

They just had one hairdryer for the whole hotel.

The place was very close to Place de la Comédie( 3 minutes to walk). The staff were very friendly and polite.

A do not disturb sign would be a very useful addition. Also a kettle with tea/coffee in the room would be nice.

The staff were absolutely lovely! Bed was also really comfy and there was no issue with noise (some reviews had mentioned this but we had no problem).

The room was not only small in size, but oddly shaped as well, with different pieces of the bathroom located in the opposite corner. Overall, this not a modern building and it shows.

This hotel is located in an older building located right in the middle of the city center. Breakfast is offered in the morning. Wi-Fi is fast and stable.

The bathroom was really small and the air conditioner was quite noisy. I also got a little annoyed by the pillows, they were too hard to sleep on.

The bathroom was a bit on the smaller size, but that didn’t bother us too much because we are both on the smaller side.

The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. They also spoke very good English. The location was perfectly located with respect to both the train station and the city centre. Good value for money.

I had only one minor issue -- I was usually still in the room when they came to clean, which was fine, but even on days where they came in after to change towels, make the bed, etc., they didn't leave additional toilet paper! It would be nice if there were always two rolls handy in the bathroom.

The location was excellent, in a nice old building. The staff were really lovely and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, and the air conditioning was great in the hot summer! They even had a small elevator for taking your luggage up, which was much appreciated.

The breakfast was a big disappointment. There was only black coffee and hot water for tea, served from a thermal container, which was not hot enough. No hot millk for the coffee, although when I asked, the milk was warmed in the microwave. Very little choice of cheese/yogurt, being the cheese available pre- packed in plastic, in small portions. The fruit was not fresh, but from a can, preserved in sugar syrup, served in small plastic cups. Also individual basket for each table with a piece of white bread/croissants.

The room was pleasant and suitable for my one night stay. The location was good, close to train station and center of town.

The room was economy single. The room had a funny shape. Was not big but one night would be ok. You could not open the curtains because the opposite guest room was just 3 m away. So the room has a bit jail cell feeling. But the biggest problem was the noise from the other guests. The bath room was tiny and did not had door. You can hear everything what people a floor up or down were speaking. Wake up at midnight because a man speak loudly. So never take an economy room in this hotel
