Our classic room was very small for a couple We ordered take away breakfast as we were catching an early ferry but it wasn’t completely ready which was disappointing No lift to upper floors

The bathroom needed a shelf or two to put one’s toiletries. We used the floor. Ugh!! Your lotion is too runny. I wondered if you watered it down.

The food and location were excellent in our opinion. The staff was very friendly.

On the first night drinks were served by inexperienced staff who were on reception but this was soon resolved. No dinner was available on Sunday and although we had a great dinner elsewhere I hadn’t picked this up in the hotel profile.

The hotel was comfortable and in an excellent location. Staff were generally very good and helpful . Dinner was good. Pre booked parking was great.

No lift, my knees felt every step to our 2nd floor room. Japanese twists on dinner menu didn't work for us. If unchanged on our next visit we'll eat our!

Parking was a bit tight but ok - you had to leave your keys at reception in case they needed to move it. The bedroom could have been aired a bit better but the cleanliness was very good

Our outside easy access room was chilly especially the bathroom, but they immediately provided us with an independent electric heater to help and this took care of the problem. They were very responsive and helpful. Staff were great, friendly and attentive.

Fabulous location with most things within walking distance. Entry and exit from the hotel is so easy and they kindly provide you with your labeled parking space

Small parking lot

The staff went above and beyond for Us at check-in . We had a cray large rental car and it was impossible to park in their small lot . One of the staff handled it beautifully and parked it for Me . The hotel is absolutely beautiful & elegant but very cozy .The location is amazing right in the center of town . They have a great bar , delicious restaurant & nice amenities.

The location is fantastic! Breakfast was just what we needed. There’s a water closet which really helps when you have two people to get ready for the day.

The room was quite warm, even in April. There was a fan in the room but no air-conditioning. Parking at the hotel is limited, you have to pre-book but there was no mention of this when we booked the room.

The location is excellent, right in the centre of Bayeux. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was quite small but comfortable with a well appointed bathroom with a large shower. The view from the room was over the courtyard which was very nice. The room was quiet, even with the windows open, just the noise of the pigeons sitting on the flower boxes.

With the room discription on booking.com says ground floor no stairs, be certain as their ground floor is up a couple of small flights of stairs. In Australia that would be the first floor.
