We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We could not have picked a better hotel if we tried. The location is absolutely perfect and just a two minute walk away from the ski lifts, however, the hotel have a shuttle service and will take you there. I rented my snowboard from the hotel and the service was impeccable. The breakfast is also out of this world and the food is so lovely. The staff are so incredibly helpful and will do anything you need them to. The rooms are massive and exceptionally clean. We are already booking to come back!

United KingdomEXCEPTIONAL! The hotel itself is pure luxury but what makes this hotel special is the staff! This was the best service we have ever experienced! The attention to detail was just phenomenal! For example everyday the ski shuttle would collect us from the slopes, and when we would arrive back at the equipment store, cold bottles of water and our belongings would be laid out ready for our arrival. It was operationally seamless. Concierge took care of everything; ski hire, passes, all lunch and dinner reservations allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our trip. Our new fave place! Couldn’t recommend more!
