I did not like the fact Breakfast was 40 euros per person. If you are not a big eater and just want a nice coffee with a croissant, this price is far too high. I did not like my spa treatment (massage) as it was of poor quality and overpriced for the final result. I did not like the fact you had to pay 20 euros per half day to get a beach lounger when in fact every single lounger was empty.

The Room could have been cleaned more thoroughly upon our arrival. There was some dust and dirt in the corners and in the rail of the terrace window and sone minor spider webs ind the corners of the wall. Overall is was clean enough and we usually don’t mind such things, but from a five star hotel, I would expect differently. Parking could have been included in the price, as there is no real other option to park.

Overall very beautiful Hotel and super charming area, with all the trees and little paths. Our room was close to the beach, big and very comfortable, similarly to our terrace, which offered a hot tub, that came in handy on some windy days and colder nights. Breakfast was one of our favorite, we have ever had. Especially the à la carte menu was good and the also offered to adapt some options to be vegetarian/vegan without any hesitation :). Very friendly and helpful staff.

Leaving!!!

A hidden gem nestled in the shore line, classy and elegant, pure tranquility from the moment you arrive. My wife and I stopped here for 3 nights whilst passing, this was our favourite place on our trip heading from Faro to UK. We treated ourselves to a couples spa afternoon of treatments, it was a pleasant and extremely relaxing, welcoming staff and lovely products. We also indulged with a daily Indian head massage on the beach, again unbelievable. We booked a jacuzzi beachfront suite, it was awesome, we had a few little issues, quickly resolved. Very annoying entrance gate. Every time (in and out) you need to get out of the car and click a button. I think that at least on going out of the hotel the gate should open automatically. Food in the restaurant was average quality and taste.

Pretty property set in a small nature park and next to the sea (3 min walk). Beautiful and spacious rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Short distance to few small shops and restaurants.

We first booked a room that was way too close the road, they agreed to change us to a more quiet one for an extra charge.. unfortunately the other room was way too dark. Not all room are equally nice.. but the staff was nice and swapped us to the one we wanted.
