Service in the restaurant was very disappointing: it took them 45m to get our order taken and another 45m to bring the food.

Real nice hotel to spend night on way to south of France or back home.

Nothing to much to write because our stay at this hotel was an excellent experience for us. I guess if there is one thing to improve it would be the breakfast. Please use real eggs for the scrambled eggs and not powdered eggs. Also, add some bacon and sausage as additional meat options.

The accommodation was excellent with wonderful staff and service. The person at the desk waited until we arrived which was later in the evening. The location of the hotel is outside of the nearest town and located in a peaceful area.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The spa is amazing (wonderful massages!) and the restaurant has a very good menu. Breakfast is simple but of high quality. The room was extremely quiet and comfortable. We rented electric bikes and had a lovely ride around the vineyards.We will definitely come back and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel room was spacious and quiet. We enjoyed the spa which was very stylish. The front of house staff were very welcoming. The best part of our stay was the wonderful meal in the restaurant.

We were disappointed with the small room considering the relatively high cost (€137) which did not include breakfast (€14 pp). The restaurant menu was fairly limited and not to our liking. There was no ambience/ welcoming atmosphere in the lounge area but maybe that's because it was Winter time and not many guests there. I noticed an outdoor pool and bar area so maybe it would prove more suitable in Summer.

There was a small amount of black mould between some of the shower tiles and the laminate strip on the left side of the television frame was coming off.

As mentioned, this property was chosen based on reviews! Well, that didn’t work out well. Check in was painfully slow, we had made a dinner reservation, when we arrived, clearly it was necessary, but we were just told to sit where we wanted, it was quite full. We were kept waiting for menus etc, ordered then kept waiting for wine to arrive, 15 minutes, on checking, the waiter ‘had forgotten’! Our first course arrived, if this was an example for good reviews, then this was not! It was awful, the rabbit terrine was heavily laced with strong grain mustard, completely overpowering. The cold vegetable (I am still struggling to define the actual vegetable) terrine/mould was at best tasteless and totally unappetising. We were asked if it was okay, you can guess the answer. The main courses arrived 1 - ‘pink’ pork escalope with pureed potato was disappointing. 1 lamb - pulled and shaped into long block on a crouton, along with a sort of baked vegetable mousse I think it was aubergine/eggplant but it was certainly ‘flavour’ challenged! One thing for sure, our food was not as photoworrhy as all the other guests seemed to believe it to be. Must all be ‘influencers’! We were offered a cheese platter by way of apology for the first course being so unimpressive. The Cheese was so good we wished we had skipped the other courses and stuck with Cheese and Wine. The lack of a bill being presented meant you could not check the bill, which at check out must be a pain, we chose to pay right after the meal. No one even thanked us for coming even when handing in the key card. Oh and the rooms have too many doors, and the doorstops are a painful trip hazard.

Very little, I had chosen this property based on the previous reviews. Generally the property was okay, the blackout shutters in the rooms were helpful in getting a decent nights sleep.brilliant wine list.

Restaurant was a disappointment as very little options for vegetarians and nothing for vegans. Was charged almost 30 euro for simple salad and bowl of French fries! Service slow and poor.

Most of the things good be better. If you arrive in the evening you can't eat in the property. The pool is opened ONLY for adults! WHY? There was only two more rooms occupied during our stay. There was no kettle in the room. No blackout curtains etc. Really bad quality for the price.
