We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CroatiaNot really clean - table and chairs outside dirty, lots of spider webs, limescale all over in kitchen and toilet. In general obvious that whole place would need to be renovated No sink in toilet - obviously meant that you wash your hands in kitchen sink or go upstairs to bathroom Eventhough it was communicated before the stay - but it is strange to me that you need to put sheets and linen on pillows and duvets by yourself when you come, as well take them off when you leave. Poor connection to other towns (we needed to call 6-7 taxi services to finally find a transport), especially at night

United Kingdomwhen we arrived we excepted a pool as these were in the photos and a hot tub we choose a room with a bath but had a shower and they moved us the next day but the bath tap didn’t turn on. at this point we didn’t even want to mention as we wanted to make good of what was left of our holiday. tit but did when we left. both rooms were very dusty and the second one smelt of strong cigarette smoke that we could clear. the bathroom also had a large patch of black mould. I don’t recommend this place but the lady at the desk was very helpful with the limited resources. when booking in the person in front was also disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed. this property should not have been opened for the season.

United KingdomUnclean and run down Children’s facilities were in poor condition - play park was broken and unsafe. Table tennis table was warped and did not have a net. Bouncy castle was never inflated. The breakfast was unsatisfactory. No milk. No gluten free options. Staff removed food from the used trays and put it straight back on to the buffet This place is not as it appears in the photos. It has not been well maintained and is over priced. Do not stay here.

LuxembourgHonestly the only real problem was there was no mop provided and so cleaning the floors was quite difficult and very much needed as it was an outdoors place
The location was great. You do need a car but vills sur mer is easily in walking distance. All the surround towns are great. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. There was lots of useful stuff provided such as a filter coffee machine which we used extensively.
