We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomInstead of a proper door, we had a pulling screen to separate the bedroom from the bathroom which wasn’t great.
We were able to arrive very late which was essential for us. Easy to find & parking on site. Very good communication from the hotel. Breakfast is very generous and extremely good: proper fresh baguette, croissants, pains au chocolat…😋 and I was surprised by how quiet the hotel is.

United KingdomThe hotel was closed when I arrived, however it tired out that a access code had been emailed to me to allow entry. I was surprised by this and had hoped to have some refreshment at the hotel, at least a drink, but I had to wait until the morning for this. Some areas of the hotel were a little shabby, but I didn’t really mind that too much.
The location of this hotel suited me well. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was welcome.

United KingdomThere was a smell of cigarette smoke in the entrance hall and corridor. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but I could have worked that out from the description I guess.
Good location for a stopover on way to or from Calais. Plentiful parking. Very friendly welcome on arrival and good service at breakfast. Lovely fresh bread and good coffee! The room and bathroom are quite basic and especially the bathroom looked a bit tired, but it was clean and the shower was actually very good. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. For the price (55 euros) I think it's a good option.

United KingdomWe are extremely grateful to the staff and hotel owner, who went above and beyond to help us. We left behind a special kid’s blanket. The owner was very kind to phone us straight away and make arrangements for collection. There were very kind to us and the children. Breakfast was very nice and reasonably priced. There was easy parking and not very from the motor way, great if you are travelling around.
