We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Israel15 euro for breakfast is way too much. For the price of a night in the hotel (which is not cheap) I’d expect at the very least a complimentary cup of coffee.

United KingdomWe stayed at Hotel Le Christiania while walking the Tour du Mont Blanc and couldn't recommend it more. It was in the perfect location for the walking route, and an excellent place for a night's rest. The staff were very welcoming, there's a lovely swimming pool outside with incredible views of the mountains, and it's very reasonably priced. We would love to stay again sometime!

United StatesNothing else was open and they were booked for dinner. The waitress took Merci on me and sat me offering a simple menu which I was very grateful for. The receptionist did not offer a clear explanation on the bus stop despite asking several times. No-one else spoke English in town. never found the bus stop but a tour guide van took Merci on us and gave us a ride.
The location, easy check in and check out. nice view from the window. A bit run down but it was good enough for our purposes and exhausted bodies.

United StatesWe did not have the breakfast but it seemed expensive for being just a continental breakfast. There is only internet is the common room and for some reason it would not work on our Android tablet but did work on our Android phone.
We stopped here on our hike around TMB. Very nice a comfortable room and bed, maybe a little small but typical size. Nice staff. There are a couple of supermarkets close by along with restaurants.
