The room wasn't as big as expected! Seemed a bit tight for 3 people and also seemed a bit overpriced! I understand it's Paris,but still was expecting for a bit more for the value!

The location was great! Easy to walk or take metro. Very nice cafe near the hotel with delicious pastries and bread! Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was impressively large and spacious, providing plenty of comfort. While the building itself is quite old, it has a certain charm. The standout feature, however, was the amazing staff who were incredibly attentive and welcoming. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the Moulin Rouge and Galeries Lafayette, and just a 5-minute walk to the metro station.

The room was too tiny but I guess the area was mentioned while booking. Still, it seemed smaller than expected. It was also quite stuffy as there was no air-conditioning.

The location was great as I could walk to my client's office. There's a lot of nice restaurants and pubs in the vicinity.

Room is small and the outside view from the window of my room is toward another window of the hotel building rather than the street view shown in the picture.

We did not get any service on the 1. May (holiday) There seemed to be no staff other than the very sweet receptionist. But this meant that we didn’t get clean towels and ran out of napkins and toilet paper. They should have noticed us, that there were no service on 1st of may. I have never experienced a hotel that did not do the daily service of the room.

Cute hotel, calm area with nice boulangerie and other small shops. A small walk to Metro and 15 mins from great restaurant and shop area.

As it concerns the stuff most of them were really helpful and kind the only problem was last day we’re supposed to check out in the morning but early the previous day we made a new reservation for the night so we can stay in the room and we paid in the spot so at check out the woman that was there was really rude and muttering under her breath in French like that was the biggest inconvenience while saying over and over that we owed her money eventually it was proven that we did pay and she did not even apologise

Most of our stay were really nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was nice, since it was close to at least 2 metro lines and bus stops. It was really convenient to move around.

Fab location... Great staff ... comfie rooms..... compact but there only for sleeping. Great reception space for meet ups.... and lovely free coffee in foye. We were a group of 5.... 2 rooms... triple and a twin. Oh.. and make sure to visit the LOVELY wine bar directly across the street.

Can’t really find any fault with the hotel. They were so good.

The location was amazing - about 15 mins from central Paris and a local lively atmosphere that was brilliant. Wonderful boulangerie on the corner and some wonderful bistros (we enjoyed Chez Papa’s IPA and crème brûlée). Highly recommend. All staff wonderful and helpful.

Nobody cleaned the room between 10 am and 16 pm when we got back and started knocking which is pretty late.

The hotel is located in a great area with theatres, small restaurants, bistros, shops and bakeries. You have everything around you at less then 1 minute. It is very lively in the evening and there are many options to dine out. Very clean and beautiful area with locals mostly. There are 2 different metro station nearby. Easy access from CDG. The hotel offers 2 types of rooms and although we booked Superior room because of the double bed it turned out that they are not renovated and look much older than in the picture, and have bathtube not shower. We asked for a change of the room and we got a TWIN which was actually with 1 big bed with 2 mattresses so it was completely fine. These rooms are much better, newly decorated, bright and with shower cabin. The ones that look over the street which is pedestrian with 2 bistros, have small balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The lobby offers free water, espresso and coffee which was great. The staff was very polite.
