We didn't have a good stay at all. The room was advertised with balcony and views, but when we got to the room, it didn't have it at all. When I asked the receptionist to change room, they said they don't have rooms with any balcony. The room was also veeeery hot as there was no AC and the fan wasn't very helpful. Overall, we didn't feel comfortable during our stay.

The tram was very close and in walking distance. There is also free laundry service for guests.

The boiler and the kitchen's cooking hub heated the room and the drawers inside the unit. A good fridge though and water is drinkable.

It was a well-appointed studio flat with equipped kitchen. Only issue was the heat, the fan above the bed was not enough and we were given an extra one and offered an extra one, which I did not go for but should have. The problem is that the boiler is in the kitchen's unit and it heats up the place. The bed was fine, surprisingly. We slept the other way around so we had the fan on our faces. It is a bit of a walk from the centre but there is a tram. Very useful to know: there is a local station you can take trains from to other beaches and to Italy (where we went next). A really nice local pool too. I recommend a trip to Villefrance sur mer. We walked up and down the mountain but there are trains and buses. The nearest beach was La reserve by the harbour, 25 minutes' walk. Going to central Nice is more like 45 minutes. Taxi from airport, 43 euros.

I didn’t like that they had no option to separate the beds. The room was so small, they didn’t have an even small soaps or towels for face or hair. It was just towel for shower. And there was no air conditioning except the ceiling lamp with fan which was not enough,

The location was great and the room was very clean. The coffee maker was also a good detail.

It was soo warm in the room even tho we had a Fan. On the last day the fridge began to drip, we informed the staff and the were very polite and everything was fine.

Be warned, that there is no AC, but the ceiling ventilator does 70 % of what AC would to make it more comfortable. Bed (fold out couch) was not very comfortable

It was too hot. We couldn't sleep because there was no air conditioning, only the lamp ventilator but that didn't help. There was no air in the room and due to the pigeons and seagulls that were sleeping on the roof in front of our window and flying aroundwe couldn't even open the window too much. The couch was also not that comfortable and noisy so it's good to have it in mind.

It was good that we had our privacy and own bathroom. There is also a laundry if you need to wash your clothes and a parking. The staff was really helpful.

There was a lack of saucepans for cooking.

The studio had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning which was much needed in the blistering heat! Although the accommodation is not in the centre of Nice, it is a couple of minutes' walk from the tram stop (Saint Roch) that takes about 10 minutes to reach Central Nice.
