It was all good. We arrived late (10pm) but got a real welcome, the front desk was always helpful. The room was well equipped and, although not large, had a comfortable bed, decent storage and bathroom which worked well. The breakfast buffet was excellent and fresh, with a good variety of cold food.

Excellent location in the centre of Arles. Easy walk to station restaurants and sights. We had a fantastic view from the room of the amphitheatre. Staff were very kind and helpful. Hotel also has a bar and restaurant which was very handy.

No real complaints, just the feeling that the hotel was at times understaffed (for a courtyard restaurant, outdoor terrace and rooftop bar, front desk etc).

Fantastic location next to the Theater, close to a public parking garage. Good communication with the helpful staff before arrival.

Excellent location to really experience the best of Arles next to the arena & amphitheatre it has some great cafe’s & restaurants nearby although the hotel has everything you need anytime of day and good seating areas to relax. A short 15 min walk from the station. As a single traveller I was very comfortable and the use of the spa was a great way to relax & unwind.

Our room was a little small but very quiet and extremely clean and comfortable so very good value.

Fantastic location. Friendly family run hotel. Staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful. Amazing rooftop bar views, with a relaxing, quiet garden restaurant. Spa was a highlight and very welcome on a hot day. They have thought of everything, cannot fault in any way.

The room key has a hanger which is a bit big to cary around in pockets or small purses.

The spa is not too big but amazing. The steam room is quite decent and the pool offers a great view on the arena. The room has a big bathroom with a shower in the bathtub which for my size feels a bit small but more than good for what I needed. The bed is comfy and the airco did a good job during the heatwave (38ºC) and got is nice and cool. The garden offers a calm haven within the inner centre. The hotel is perfectly located on the corner between the Roman theater and arena. No noise from the street could be heard from my room (garden view).

This hotel is in a fantastic location in the centre of historic Arles. The room was small but comfortable and the air conditioning works very well, it was very hot during our stay. Breakfast is good and you can eat out on a lovely terrace. Even though the hotel was busy it was very quiet during the night.

Food took a while one time in the courtyard due to lack of staff. Had to ask several times just for water and glasses. But apart from that, great stay.

Really nice hotel. Great staff. Beautiful courtyard to escape the busyness of Arles. Nice room, with air conditioning overlooking the courtyard. Could close shitters to keep out mosquitoes and light. .

The breakfast wasn't very nice. You also need a safe space to put people's bags when they check out. It's not safe to leave them in view & in easy reach of the public. Especially if people have a long way to get their cars, or need to leave bags at the hotel while they enjoy Arles after checking out early. A small lockable room is all thats needed, or enough space behind the counter. Thank you.

The staff were really helpful. In particular Victoria was exceptionally helpful when we checked in, and even came with us to show us where to park. The service she provided was really appreciated, and exceptional. We also thought the man who ran the ice cream/cafe/bar downstairs was really great. The roof terrace and spa were also brilliant. Thank you. We had a lovely time.

Location couldn’t have been better. Lovely relaxed feel, but efficiently ran, I never seemed to need to say my room number at the cafe, but the staff all seemed to know each guests room number.
