The decor was unique and quirky. It was centrally located for views, restaurants, bars and the train station.

Not well isolated in terms of noise as it is an old building. We could hear the room upstairs, the corridor and the street.

Well located, good decoration, the hosts were really nice and helpful.

not a good view from our bedroom (onto a car park then side of a building wall) but didn’t bother us at all as were in the room mostly after dark. Nowhere official to place our bags after check out (as we didn’t leave town until much later that day). We were happy to leave them in the main hotel area accessed by all guests and left no valuables in it but this may not be possible for other guests so worth noting!

Great location just at the end of town (not noisy and nice to have a very short walk after a meal and not to leave your hotel door to crowds of people). The beds are super comfy and the aircon effective and quiet. Bathroom modern with great shower pressure. Access to room hours before published check in and access code to property given, key waiting for us- hassle free check in. The breakfast area and terrace seemed nice but we did not use.

The room was beautiful but sparse. A TV or coffee maker would be nice considering the room rate. Public parking is about 300m away but not terribly expensive.

We couldn't completely shut the bathroom door. That might need attention. But everything was clean, spacious.

I loved the funky vibe of our room, with lots of old books and a cozy chair. The huge windows overlooking the docks and lake were spell-binding. Great service, helped with touristy questions. Great tea service downstairs. Perfect location. Air-conditioned. Near a beach. Just across from the boat docks and gardens.

I asked if I could have a lower floor room as I have mobility issues, we were put on the top floor up some very steep steps.

The hotel was in a perfect position for the lake and the old town.

The staff were somewhat invisible; no one was there to serve breakfast, so we went elsewhere, and then checked out on our own. Didn’t see a soul.

A quirky room (which had a swing in the middle of it). Beautifully appointed, with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom.

The breakfast was simple and I think you could probably get better in the town for a similar amount. A bit of a faff with parking, but that will be the same with any hotel that doesn't have a dedicated parking area.

We had the room at the top of the house which was simple and quiet. The hotel is in a great spot next to the lake and on the edge of the pedestrianised old town centre.

There is a lot of road noise. Nothing the hotel can do anything about, but if it bothers you, it might not be the best choice of location.

Quirky rooms. Lots of character to rooms and common areas. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Just a few steps from the old town and the lake.

Despite the information how to get to the hotel received before checking-in was very unclear.

We liked the location of the Hotel and the decorated rooms. The breakfast was not really value for money.

Individualistically styled room and common areas. Beautifully presented. Great location for visiting Annecy old town. Very comfortable bed (I actually had the best nights sleep I’ve had for ages).

Too digital… I will not check in on my phone. I fad to check out on my phone but failed to complete the data needed for a receipt. Really it’s just impersonal.

Bedrooms I think it was just style over substance, the owners need to stay in the rooms to see what it feels like. The sliding door for the bathroom is not great for privacy, locker wardrobes for clothes felt a bit teenagery and also noisy. The bedroom side light with no shades, so quite ‘in your face’ with light, main light is quite poor for lighting the room in the dark. The room was a little too cold, as it was winter and the duvet was quite thin.
