We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomEverything about this hotel is awesome. The rooms, the shower, the reception, the food. The swimming pool is amazing. We will revisit this hotel every time we are in France. It is worth a detour from just choosing a budget hotel because you are travelling. This hotel is an experience.

United KingdomWe were grateful that we could bring our dog, but we felt the EUR20 charge for her one night stay a little steep given nothing was provided for her (bed, bowl etc). We avoided breakfast as again we felt the EUR25 per person was expensive.
The room was immaculate and a lovely location overlooking a fabulous pool. We really enjoyed the grounds with our dog and found the room to be very well appointment and comfortable.

By 10 o’clock we gave up waiting for our pudding and the wine we ordered never arrived at all. We decided not to take breakfast

United KingdomDinner was slightly disappointing. Dining room was cold (3 sides of glass, winter evening, only 4 tables occupied). Food wasn't that hot either. Main course badly needed some vegetables. Coffee was lukewarm. Bedroom in annexe, 100m walk from dining room, would have been unpleasant if raining. I suspect some of our minor criticisms arise from the out-of-season timing. Only 2 or 3 rooms occupied? It all felt a bit "cold" metaphorically as well as literally (tho' our room was warm enough).
Extremely comfortable bed; spacious room; excellent shower; beautiful grounds. Painless unsecured wifi - no messing with access codes. Breakfast was good, tho' croissants & pain au choc were a bit plasticky. TV had BBC1 & BBC2 though strangely, not BBC News.
