One set of keys, you had to lock yourself out/in to leave the apartment so everyone left every time or they couldn’t get out.

You have to carry your luggage all the way from the parking to the room, but it's not that far—around 1 or 2 minutes of walking. There is no AC in the living room, only bedroom.

The location is amazing, the instructions to reach the apartments are simple, and the owner of the apartment is gentle and welcoming.

We loved everything about this fantastic property in old town. We had evening drinks on the balcony, did laundry, enjoyed espresso in the morning. Very comfortable space for the 3 of us. Very nicely appointed! You won’t be disappointed.

I loved everything about this property. However, on occassion I experienced a little bit of noise from the neighbouring residents. However, it didn't disturb me to any great extent.

I absolutely loved everything about this property. The studio is bijoux, however, this is in line with the host's description and (as a result) my expectations. The interior is very nicely decorated and the facilities / appliances - both in the kitchen and bathroom - are high spec. I received a very warm welcome from Mr Remmit, the host. He let me into the studio, handed me the keys and took me through the welcome book and how the kitchen appliances and heating system / aircon in the studio work which was extremely helpful. The location of the studio is also excellent - in the heart of the old town and a short walk from the lake. I very much hope to visit Annecy again. It's a stunning town, one of the most beautiful I've visited. It would be lovely to stay at the studio again and I have no hesitation in recommeding this property to others.

I could not fault the property

The owner/manager met us within 15 minutes of calling. He checked with us everything was ok and did we need anything. The apartment had a balcony so you could people watch while having coffee or wine and it was in the best position. And walking distance with large bags from the station. An excellent find

Location could not be better. The studio apartment is beautifully designed, clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly and happily provided any information or amenities (we forgot to get a converter but he kindly provided 2 of his own).

This apartment in Annecy was everything we expected and more. In the heart of the old town we watched the world go by from the hustle bustle of the narrow cobbles streets below. It has been designed to the highest standard and we travelled with our two children ages 9 & 7 who also loved the place. We had a VW transported so couldn’t park close to the apartment which was the only downfall but we parked along the lake and ordered an Uber to help us take our lugged to the apartment itself. Remmit was a wonderful host who went above and beyond and collection of keys were very straight forward. Excellent communication

Excellent location, facilities and value. A very nice apartment, could not fault in any way. Super clean and comfortable. The kitchen was beautifully modern. The owner was there to let us in at exactly the time arranged. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.
