This is a very good boutique hotel in a quiet area with Metro and bus stops nearby - not far from the Arc de Triomphe. The decor is modern and everything looks pretty new. We booked a Deluxe room but got upgraded to an Executive room - just slightly bigger at 26 sqm with the same decor. We prefer a larger room so were pleased with our choice. The bed and linen were great and very comfortable. The setup with the small sofa was very good. Bathroom was a good size with a separate toilet area and a spacious shower with good amenities. There is a Nespresso machine and kettle with a fridge with a few drinks. Only a few coffee capsules but i'm sure you could ask for more. Wifi was good and there are some good local restaurants nearby plus a few small supermarkets across the road. Staff were very good.

Room 702 has a pretty noisy WC (it’s like “leaking water” when not in function). I have a very light sleep, even with the door closed was still pretty bothersome

Although the location is fine for us, it may be a little conservative for some visitors to Paris. Others will love it. Safe, quiet and beautiful.....

Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. Rooms are well appointed with wonderful quality beds and linens, nice bathroom amenities. Sound insulation is very good and hotel is spotless. Extremely friendly and welxoming Ilda at the front desk went out of her way to help us out and this made all the difference for our stay. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect as for guests travelling for business as for tourists. The subway station is in 5 min by walk. The supermarket and farmacy is just accross the road. The hotel isn't big, cozy, has 2 lifts, very quiet. Rooms are enough spacy and very good soundproofed, equiped with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, quality shampoo, shower gel and body milk. At the room was warm thanks to the adjustable ventilation. As well I should mention very tasty italian restaurant Del Papa with friendly staff nearby. We didn't take breakfasts at the hotel so I can't rate it.

There were some disadvantages in the room. The glass panel was broken, the bathtub was chipped, and the decorative elements of the bed were damaged. But the most interesting thing is that I was asked for a 100 euro cash deposit in case I take something in the minibar. I certainly understand everything, but such issues can be solved at check-out, and not so that at check-out, I had to remind to return me my 100 euros. The hotel offered breakfast for 26 euros per person, which seems a bit expensive to me.

It is a convenient location, you can see that they cleaned every day and changed towels. Opposite two stores, you can always buy a snack or water. Metro 3 minutes away, and the Eiffel Tower is 20 minutes away.
