We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location and very nice set up of rooms with small patio area for each room, and close to the beach and easy access to the town. Lovely and unusual breakfast with home cooking.

United KingdomPaying for parking. Breakfast was expensive for someone who doesn't eat much for breakfast but Christopher suggested we share one. However it was our first visit to Ile de Re and we probably didn't realise these extra expenses are the norm. Loved our stay though.
The pool was lovely and very welcome in the hot weather. Christopher was very helpful. Good position in the resort, walking distance of the beach and the shops and restaurants

A great find. Emilie and Christophe went out of their way to look after us. It’s a great little hotel in a beautiful garden with lovely swimming pool in a brilliant location. The breakfasts were delicious and generous with lots of fantastic homemade dishes.

Very good location, close to the beach and town. Breakfast was excellent. The owners were very friendly. The pool area is nice to relax. The garden is lovely with plenty of flowers. Secure parking was good to have.

NetherlandsThere was nothing we didn't like. Christophe and Emily gave all the information about their hotel, restaurants in the neighbourhood, etcetera themselves and provided us with a book on the island and a map. Yet, it would have been useful to have a guide in our room in which guests can look things up like: how does the tv work, what are the breakfast hours, when can I use the hot tub, how does the bubble bath work, etc etc. Of course we went to them if we had questions and they were always there and willing to answer them, but it would have been easier for us (and for them!) if we had had all this information available in our room.
Our hosts, Christophe and Emily, were exceptionally welcoming and helpful in every way. Nothing was too much for them. My.husband is disabled and uses a mobility scooter. Unfortunately, it had a hole in one of the tyres and the brand-new spare tyre turned out to have a hole as well. This would have ruined our holiday, but Christophe went out of his way to repair both. We loved the fact that Bien Entre is so small scale with ten little house in a beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool, including a bubble bath and a hot tub. The atmosphere was very friendly and convivial.
