Reception is on the first floor and our room was on the second floor; there is no elevator so be sure you have sufficient mobility

Good location in a quiet street just a 10 minutes’ walk from the Lille Flandres railway station. A very friendly and welcoming owner. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean. There were as well coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast was varied and very good.

It would have been nicer to be able to check in earlier than 5pm, but there was an option to drop our bags off after 3pm.

Location was perfectly situated for access to the centre of Lille and all the shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity and yet down a quiet street. The room was very spacious and homely. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was fairly simple but enough choice to start the day off well.

Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. And they were even able to lend us an HDMI cable so we could watch a movie from our laptop on the room TV

Our room was lovely and spacious, with a big bathroom. It was warm and comfortable, with a kettle and coffee machine. The bed was really comfortable, and as the B&B is on a very quiet street we got a great night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent. The hosts were very responsive and helpful - and we were able to leave our bags after we'd checked out until late afternoon when our train went. The B&B is an easy 15-minute walk from the Lille stations, so excellent if you are travelling by train; it's also very near the centre of the old town and just up the road from the Palais des Beaux Arts. There's also a great little cafe across the road for lunches and snacks.

There was no Air Con in the room which was a problem on the first night. For the following nights, the owners supplied a fan

A lovely host in a fabulous house that has 5 rooms I think. Top room has 3 flights of stairs and a great view. It’s also huge. We loved our stay, enjoyed a fresh continental breakfast and the location is on a quiet street. Highly recommend
