This hotel was a perfect place for a stay in La Rochelle. Elegant, with such lovely rooms and spa and the staff could not have been more polite and helpful. A perfect central location near the market. Great that we could park the car at the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the location is great, very central and easy to get around. The staff were exceptional helpful, polite and kind. Would definitely recommend as a hotel to stay. Also their restaurant onsite was one of the best we eat in La Rochelle.

This is the perfect get away right in the centre of La Rochelle. It is perfectly tucked away from the Main Street and is a perfect setting to relax. They have a great spa, a great bar to relax and the staff is super friendly and customer minded. Great service, great rooms!

this is a fabulous hotel in a great spot. attentive staff, a nice spa with outdoor heated pool, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast . the place feels very high quality and is reasonably priced too. valet parking excellent.

Fantastic location in very centre old town. Hotel was very quiet as courtyard effect with underground parking. Staff were very friendly and efficient was a great one night stay in La Rochelle.

For a 5* hotel the attention to detail in the room was not good. There was a bedside light not working during our stay and the corner of the curtain was off the rail - simple to fix. Also we kept having to request top ups of coffee and milk as they were not always left. Great underground car park but not allowed to park my Aston, it had to be done by members of staff who were all very young so concerned about this.

Great location close to the port. Private parking. Very quiet and great bar and outdoor area in middle of hotel.

Cannot excuse having a std double and single bed pushed together to count as a large double bed (King or queen) in a 5 star hotel!! Not really acceptable. Air con not working in room. 2 bath towels were taken for replacement on 2nd day, only 1 replacement bath towel was replaced!!! Not good!! Not 5 star standard.

The toilet was separate from the bath/shower room, but wasn't too much of an issue. The bath/shower room had a musty smell due to poor ventilation, but once again, not much of an issue.

We had a suite. Separate living area to sleeping area. Mini fridge in room. Bed extremely comfortable, slept well. Staff very friendly.

The location is perfect but difficult to find with the labyrinth that is the old town road network. Get help from the reception before you go! It’s a quality hotel that was faultless except they had turned the central air conditioning off because it was October, so the only way we could sleep was with all the windows open, as it was so warm in the room, despite them turning all heating off. They had even lit a log fire in reception in the evening which was frankly ridiculous.

The location in town couldn’t have been better! All shopping, supermarkets and the fantastic outdoor markets were right around the corner. The facilities and bar are top notch and every one of the staff were FANTASTIC!! Arther, the lead bartender and Nathan, the valet were definitely standouts!!Their professional but helpful and enjoyable demeanor made our stay special.

Bar service a bit slow but not a big deal

Decor is super stylish and elegant, gorgeous lobby, very comfortable large room. Cute pool for Summertime, friendly staff, ideal location just around the corner from the main street leading to the marina. Breakfast was fantastic, lots to choose from and beautiful patisserie selection for a holiday treat. Car was taken care of in the private parking in the basement by a valet for €20 a night.
