We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This hotel is a nice size so it maintains some element of intimacy. The common areas are designed very beautifully in soft marbles with an abundance of flowers. Breakfast on the terrace with sea views & a nice buffet

FranceThe only thing, if I can dare to say one, is that the pool is a little to cramped.. I guess they do the best to accommodate everyone, but having someone else laying closely can always be a bit of a bother. there is always a loud guest a little too close. maybe we were unlucky.
You can immediately tell that this is a family/privately run hotel. The staff is friendly but not invasive. That delicate line between welcoming but professional. That's a plus that you don't get in bigger luxury chain hotels. The breakfast was amazing, and the evening with live piano very enjoyable. Perfect for a one or 2 night while driving along the French coast.

United StatesFrom the moment we arrived, everyone we encountered made us feel really good, like we belonged at their beautiful hotel and we were part of their family. It is a truly wonderful place to stay. Our room was spacious, super comfortable and immaculate with a large bathroom that was spotless. The views from our room were spectacular. Breakfast on the veranda was superb with an amazing view. We loved the heated pool, the spa (amazing), and the bar with live piano music every night. Everything about this hotel is exceptional, especially the staff. We felt everyone we encountered at the breakfast, lunch and dinner areas, on the veranda, at the pool and in both their main Michelin-star restaurant and Bistro were very professional and excellent, friendly, and fun, and we specifically remember Isabelle at the Front desk, Pierre at Concierge, Jennifer in the Spa, and Michael at the pool for their graciousness and efficiency. We did not want to leave and plan to return hopefully once per year!
