The room were so small, and there were not enough place for more than one luggages !

The room was very clean, the staff were so friendly, polite and supportive and answer all of our questions and requests, the location of the hotel is excellent, the owner of the hotel tried to consider all of possible facilities for guests in one small area 😊 Before arriving, I requested for one room in a special location of the hotel and my request respectfully answered 👌🏻🌸

Only thing is the elevator/liff as there was only one, which was also used by the staff, this created a little bit of “traffic” to use it.

I loved this hotel, the courtesy room helped me a lot, location was great and restaurants nearby too.

My wife and I think it was a perfect stay. The only thing I would recommend to the hotel was fixing the movable glass in the shower; it might be safer if it could be fixed (like glued).

Overall, the best stay I had in Europe was definitely worth the money spent. The hotel upgraded me to the best-view rooms with a balcony that can see the Arc de Triomphe and a beautiful sunset. It is the perfect location, very close to the train station, bakery, restaurant, cafe, and supermarket. They even offered a complimentary refill of sparkling and still water. The hair dryer was very fancy, and the facilities in the room were great. Would come back again in future stays in Paris.

The room size is very small and the shower is open so no water curtain or windows so everything gets wet easily.

The staff is absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond for every request or comment shared, always with the best attitude. The hotel room was very clean and all the towels and bed sheets smelled so clean and looked new. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. Definitely a great selection if visiting Paris.

Lovely hotel, great location, really good value. Not sure why it's not reviewed above a 9 to be honest given what they offer for the price... It's both on the edge of Ternes (bit more residential) which can be a bit quieter/ great selection of restaurants nearby which is why I wanted something in this part of town but also in view of Arc de Triomphe and this hotel was absolutely perfect. - It's a couple of minutes walk to metro 1 and an RER stop - very handy for connections to the airport and a lot of the main tourist spots. - Looks like the classic style building on the outside - Clean and modern on the inside - great staff - will be using this again if I'm back in Paris/La defence

no thing matter just the bathroom verey small but it's ok & if you are use "usa" cable you need to bring with you travel cable

it was nice , near to champ-Elyees .. we were arrive before check in time and we leave our baggage in hotel for a few hours , the team was kindly because i tell them it was one of us birthday and they are decorate our room with ballons i really appreciate that, also for the security only guest they can open the entrance with own card

Only room was small but this was not important for us. Everything was great.

Everything was perfect. Location is so close to Arc de triomphe, so you can walk from entire champs elysees street. We preferred breakfast included option. Breakfast was so good including croissant, fruits, pancakes, selection of cheeses, desserts.

The shower temp fluctuated from very hot to cold during shower. This could have been attributed to on going renovations which did not affect our stay at all

The location was close to shopping district and the Arc Triumph where all hop on hop of buses start there journey. We had an issue with booking the louvre tickets and i asked the front desk to assist which was greatly appreciated
