Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Saudi ArabiaThe only thing is that there is no one to carry the bags to and from the rooms, and I think that it is the policy of the 4 hotels around us that they do not provide this service, knowing that there is a wonderful manager, whose name I unfortunately did not know, upon arrival she agreed to take them to the rooms herself, and I refused that and thanked her for her initiative.
Good and comfortable stay and great, professional and helpful staff, these are the wonderful ones at the reception (Xue liao , Tacou and Loukiane + manager )and there are special ones in breakfast and cleaning the rooms. Although the hotel is 4 stars and a private hotel, its services and treatment are equivalent to 5 star hotels. The location is more than wonderful, very close to the Arc de Triomphe on Carnot Street and is characterized by tranquility Great breakfast . The hotel has two rooms connected by one external door, which are suitable for families. I was in one room and my two daughters were in another room. The rooms have a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules and water provided daily. Water is available for refilling in the basement. There is also a washing machine, clothes dryer and iron in the basement.

AustraliaMy wife and I think it was a perfect stay. The only thing I would recommend to the hotel was fixing the movable glass in the shower; it might be safer if it could be fixed (like glued).
Overall, the best stay I had in Europe was definitely worth the money spent. The hotel upgraded me to the best-view rooms with a balcony that can see the Arc de Triomphe and a beautiful sunset. It is the perfect location, very close to the train station, bakery, restaurant, cafe, and supermarket. They even offered a complimentary refill of sparkling and still water. The hair dryer was very fancy, and the facilities in the room were great. Would come back again in future stays in Paris.

The staff is absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond for every request or comment shared, always with the best attitude. The hotel room was very clean and all the towels and bed sheets smelled so clean and looked new. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. Definitely a great selection if visiting Paris.

United KingdomLovely hotel, great location, really good value. Not sure why it's not reviewed above a 9 to be honest given what they offer for the price... It's both on the edge of Ternes (bit more residential) which can be a bit quieter/ great selection of restaurants nearby which is why I wanted something in this part of town but also in view of Arc de Triomphe and this hotel was absolutely perfect. - It's a couple of minutes walk to metro 1 and an RER stop - very handy for connections to the airport and a lot of the main tourist spots. - Looks like the classic style building on the outside - Clean and modern on the inside - great staff - will be using this again if I'm back in Paris/La defence
