We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It’s the 5th time I’ve stayed as it’s the perfect stopover to and from SW France. Very close to the motorway but not formulaic like most motorway hotels. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The decor is unconventional and may not be to the taste of some but part of the charm for me. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I’ve tried a few other hotels in the area and it’s the best one for this sort of stay. One of the stays was with my baby grandson and a cot was provided. The restaurant is classic French comfort food which is perfect after a long drive.

Room had balcony and overlooked garden; the toilet, bathroom and shower were en suite. Everything clean. Breakfast had plenty of variety and friendly staff. The onsite restaurant is very good, with friendly young staff. Log fire in dining/lounge was welcome, as are the free drinks available.

United KingdomThe hotel requires some maintenance for example in my room the toilet seat was not secure. In my colleagues room the nozzle to switch from the hand held shower to the ceiling shower was broken otherwise there was plenty of hot water.
Breakfast and restaurant meals were very good and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The beds were very clean and the showers were great with an easy step in to them. Towels were plentiful and the shower gel was always topped up as was the box of tissues. There were plenty of parking spaces in the grounds and the restaurant had both indoor and outdoor tables with plenty of space between them.
