We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNothing really stood out. I don't have any complaints The view from my room was onto the street, so it wasn't great, but I could open the double doors wide and get fresh air in - and to be fair I wasn't in Nice to look out of my window.
Hotel was great, better than expected. Staff were amazing - helpful and friendly. Room was a superior and was a decent size, comfortable bed and good bathroom Wifi was perfect for work I had to do Breakfasts were good value

Great location - short walk to the Promenades, the old town, shops & restaurants. Even close to a tram stop if you want to save money getting there from the airport. People were friendly & helpful from check in onwards. Room comfortable with good, modern facilities. Enjoyed having a coffee on the balcony.

AustraliaI don’t normally leave reviews but it’s hard for me to express the gratitude I have towards the staff , I had an unfortunate thing happen prior to my arrival, which altered my trip but thanks to this beautiful bunch of fabulous people. It ended up being one of my most memorable trips I’ve had . ( I’ve been traveling for eight months) , from the room to the pillows to the linen to the cleanliness, the excellent recommendations, and most of all the friendliness and kindness , . IrelandReception from reception! In arrival we were greeted by the very animated Sylvie. I had understood that the payment for the booking would be deducted from my CC on arrival. Sylvie wanted me to manually insert my CC to make the payment. As I never physically use the card I didn’t have the pin. Working in a profession where one is required to think outside the box when taking payments I suggested she I add the card details manually and take the payment (this was after a few tries with pins I had saved to my notes, using another card which unfortunately had a max daily payment all done in front of my friends at the reception). She took the payment manually after some discussion and then proceeded to to call me in my room to say her Manager would not allow the payment to go through as I hadn’t my pin and she was reversing the already deducted amount. One of my friends had to them step in and make the payment. Coincidentally on our last day I received a link to make any payments required on check out. In my opinion she handled the situation badly. She spoke to me like a 5 year old, embarrassed me in front of my friends and made no attempt to think outside the box to resolve the issue. She could have easily sent me the same link and I could have made the payment electronically. Terrible first impression and would never return.

SwedenThe fact that the reception is a steep staircase up from the entrance with no elevator, not nice when you come with your big suitcase. Maybe even a ramp to pull the suitcase up the stairs would have helped. Cannot see how a wheelchair can access this hotel at all.
The good breakfast, comfortable room, nice bathroom and wonderful balcony.

United KingdomNot specifically about the property, but parking is a bit of a pain. If your plan is to drive to places - so leaving around 10am and return around 8pm, then you can effectively park on the street for free. But, the days you don’t, expect to pay €20+ for a secure carpark. It would be good if there would be a parking deal. However, this is minor point.
Great location. Great staff, incredibly friendly and welcoming. The decor of the hotel is general was good, apart from some bits in the room dated. But, we weren’t there to spend hours in the room. 5mins walk to the promenade and around 10mins to A huge selection of cafés, restaurants and bars.
