1. The standard room we had, the lock was malfunctioning but upon letting the reception know, it was taken care. 2. The standard room has a connecting door with another room, so the noise from other room was very loud all the time. So it wasn't the best of experience to wake up at 1 am and hear such loud tv noise. 3. We had to pay pet tax, but we didn't receive any amenities for the pet like a water/food bowl, so was not really sure what this tax for. Could've been nice if they'd had explained this. 4. No air condition.

There is no air conditioning and you have only one (balcony) widnow in the room that can only fully closed or fully opened (no tilt option). The room and the bathroom are rather small.

Unfortunately, things went downhill once checked in. Our room was very different from the one advertised and was a dark attic room up a narrow staircase. The room was unbearably hot and had little ventilation, no real window, only a sky light-style window. We enquired about a fan and were told none were available. This made sleeping almost impossible. The next day, we were told they did have fans. The other issue was that this hotel appears to be a conference centre. There was a large group of 70-100 people on the terrace outside our room. Drinking, shouting, and ping-pong games went well into the early hours with no one from the hotel seemingly in control of the noise. Finally, the facilities of a swimming pool is still a construction site as of the last week. The spa was closed despite being on the website and booking.com. . All of this felt very misleading and so led to much disappointment on our side. After bringing these issues up with management, we were left to feel they didn't really care.

The old buildings, gardens, terrace and general area is lovely and gives a great first impression. The bar staff were very friendly and it was nice sitting outside on a warm evening.

It was all not quite thought through. The published information did not tally with what was actually happening (for example whether meals during the week were in the restaurant or the bar). One night there was a function and the bar was apparently closed but there was no notice and no indication of where guests could get a drink if they wanted one. The food was fine in the restaurant but there was no atmosphere- it was really a big breakfast room. We stayed for 2 nights and there was the same menu each night (choice of 2). The rooms were small and although comfortable arranged in a bizarre way - a diagonal balcony with an opaque window to the left which gave on to someone else's balcony. This could be an excellent hotel if it can be organised properly

Rooms might be a bit dark in the modern part.

The location is just exceptional in the middle of a generous nature (river, horses, wood …) but next to a living city center of Le Bono (3 min by car to supermarket, resto…). Very well connected to Vannes. Car is a must. The hotel has been newly renovated with a lot of taste and the staff is doing its best to meet guest expectations and needs.

The property was nothing like the one shown in the pictures. There are two separate facilities completely different, sadly we were in the new one, which is looking and feeling like a cheep highway motel. Room access is so confusing and difficult to manage with luggage, narrow stairs, confusing directions. Navigating through the hotel was such a challenge. I cannot understand that someone build such a confusing and inaccessible facility in 2024. Overall, our experience was marked by disappointment and frustration. It's regrettable that the actual experience did not align with the promising portrayal online. Such a shame they didn’t use the potential they have with this beautiful nature around to make something unique or at least similar to other great facilities in the neighborhood.

Exceptional property located in the middle of the nature but at 5 min by bike or car from a charming city center with shops and resto. Very beautiful and cosy hotel nicely decorated Friendly staff
