The location is very convenient and makes our stay in town very enjoyable. The room is neat with comfortable furniture. Breakfast are very good with many choices.

There was nothing not to like.

The staff were friendly & very professional. The size of the room was good with an ensuite and separate toilet. Dinner in Girardin (the gourmet restaurant) was exceptional and the breakfast was better than most. The parking was good with direct access to the hotel.

• Although I knew that the tap water is quite drinkable, I did not want to drink water from the bathroom. Maybe a new bottle of (complimentary) still water could be delivered to the rooms with an evening service.

There was nothing we did not like about the property. It’s one-of-a-kind!

Outstanding hotel and services are impeccable. The staff were professional and exceptionally friendly. If we ever would go back we would definitely stay there again. Our stay there was so enjoyable and memorable.

Nice room, with excellent beds. Right in the middle of town. Very nice restaurant and an excellent breakfast the next day. Very friendly staff.

Absolutely nothing to change! It is a well cared historical place , that respects origin and cultural background and still able to become modern to comfort the guest

Would have preferred a shower and walled in space in lieu of an open bathtub with the handheld nozzle.

Our breakfast was delightful every morning and the service was exceptional, along with the food! Our last morning we had an early departure to catch a flight, and the kitchen packed up a wonderful assortment of fruit charcuterie and bread, even butter ready to travel with us. The room offered good space and we appreciated the separate toilet and bathtub, and my son absolutely loved his loft. Super soft carpet and very comfy beds with no road noise even in our street facing room. The front desk was always staffed by someone so helpful- from our late arrival after hours to arranging our car service to the airport. Lastly, Colmar is a fantastic location to visit many other charming, though far smaller, Alsatian towns. Would absolutely return to Maison des Tetes!
