Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe room got very hot and could have done with air-conditioning or a fan at least. The hotel had been an old coaching inn and I guess we were in a stable. It was quite dark and even on a sunny day needed the lights on. We also needed to keep the door open and the inadequate window. The shower was broken and the plug didn't work in the bath or sink. One suspects understaffing of the maintenance crew.
Breakfast was the star event of our stay. Everything you can imagine was there to be had. The beds were comfortable. The bar had a good stock of unusual beers and other drinks. There was also a restaurant of sorts. The Logis reputation for unusual quirky properties with excellent service stimulated us to stay at another one in a another town the next night.

Logis Saint Nicolas is a great location in our trip towards south. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. We loved the cheese board with a nice wine that we had at dinner.

Clean and tidy rooms, friendly and engaging staff, craft beer from the bar and a good breakfast. Parking for our bikes and a short run to the autoroute and onwards to Blighty. Would happily return and recommend.

United KingdomThe property is located off one of the main streets and not that easy to find on arrival. That said, it is a delightful old coaching inn with upgraded and modern rooms. There is a sun terrace for evening drinks (beware the bottled beer - its 8.5%!). Breakfast is served on site and is typical continental style. Would happily stay there again.
