The property was total disappointment except the access to slope. It was nothing like it looks on the pictures. On pictures it looks pleasant but in reality we was very unhappy with what we got. The first impression was so bad we almost cried. The mattress was stained and even one of the bead linings we've been given was stained. The floor wast clean, we constantly had bits sticking to our bear foots. We needed to clean the apartment for our selves so our kids have better conditions to stay in. There was no vacuum available in apartament and we had to use broom. 3 out of 6 days in our stay there was no hot water available to take shower after day of skiing and we had to wait till next morning to get shower. The fridge in the kitchen had doors fooling off. We paid nearly £900 and we had to pay additional £30 to get remote for the TV!

The Village is excellent and has a lot of easy slopes for young family members. Direct access to slope from apartment

In the 21st century, there is no telephone to contact the reception if necessary, you bring your own bed linen, towels,TV is paid for separately, the smell of the apartment and the cleanliness are not to be commended, the guest on departure has to towel to the reception across the square 100 meters...the hotel would stil have to have the basics

The hotel is next to the track, pool, biliar and fitnes , sauna it OK

Weird rules about cleaning the room, can’t I pay to have the kitchen cleaned? I can pay to clean the room, but have to clean the kitchen myself?

I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to teach a child to ski. 50 meters from the hotel there are two covered magic carpets: one short of 50 meters, the other long of 200 meters, both close to each other on the same visible slope, so kids that advance well can even be left alone in sight and practice on their own pace. A bit more advanced, but still very easy green slopes are just around the corned. The ski rooms are well located, but need to dry boots in the room, no heaters in the ski room. The hotel outdoor heated pool is a real treat for the end of the day, kids enjoyed that a lot. They also have 4 similar dry sauna rooms, so it was very private eventually. We had so much fun and I didn’t ever see a better resort to teach my kids skiing and I was in many major Austrian and French resorts. This one is very suitable for beginners and not busy
