Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SlovakiaThe location of the appartment was strategic nerby the railwaystation, so if you don't have a car, you can easily visit the other cities. Very close of the apartment were many shops (groceries) and restaurants too. We had a car and the owner of the appartment gave us a very safety private parking in a parkinghouse which was located 5 min. walks from our accomodation. It was included in the price of appartment! The flat was awesome, modern, bright and sunny. Everything was clean and ready for use. In the kitchen was a washing machine, fridge and also a coffee machine, than all needed staff for cleaning. In the bathroom was dryer machine! In the livingroom and in both rooms was an airconditioner which worked well (bedfings and sufficient quantity of towels and toilett papers). The internet was speed and worked perfectly! The owner of the accomodation was very helpfull and he sometimes asked us (via whatsapp & email) if is everything ok. It was very nice of him and we appriciate it. He prepared for us a bottle of red wine, some coffee and sweets for welcome.

ItalyAs the apartment is right next to the train station you are hearing the incoming trains until late at night (11pm) and from early in the morning onwards (6am). However, it is not disturbing the sleep, as there are not a lot of trains very late in the night and in the very early morning. The beds were too small for fitting two people each.
The location was very central, right next to Nice-Ville Train station and quite close to the city centre as well. Private parking was included, which was excellent. Good value for money! Fernando was always available for every kind of problem and provided all the necessary information.

Place is perfect for 4 people and can accomodate even more (2 extra sofa beds in leaving room). You can feel like home having everything that you may need (washing, ironing, cooking...). Fernando is great host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. Location is good, not to far from anything and in good position for public transport links. Our stay was perfect and for sure would recommend it to everyone.

Lovely apartment with well stocked kitchen and washing machine (but no laundry detergent provided) Rooms were clean and comfortable. 2 sets of keys were provided. Host Fernando was very helpful and quick to respond. We were even able to store our bags after check-out. Convenient location close to the train station.
