We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is amazing, not my first visit there, but first time i stayed to the hotel. The place is unique, with views on the Dune de Pilat and sunsets to remember forever. The staff is so friendly and professional , the room is decorated hy Starck, so what else to expect than modern and sexy and beautiful. They even made a toy for my dog with her name on it! Details in this place are taken care to perfection. Nice breakfast also. You should also have dinner there, basically is the place to be in Arcachon.

JerseyWhen we booked they said the room may be noisy as its is at the back of the hotel where deliverys are taken into the hotel. The first night was OK, no noise, but the morning, what a shame, very noisey from about 6.00ish, totally unacceptable for a hotel of this stature and price. Next evening relaxed in the room, deliveries from about 8.30 till I eventually got to sleep, awoke next morning 6.00ish to more deliveries, people taliking loudly, slamming doors. This needs to be sorted, some more fussy guests would kick up a right fuss, left , feeling very let down to be honest, would not stay here again.
Amazing hotel to look at, very chic, as are the guests. Staff very professional, as you would expect in a place like this. Views are out of this world. Room was so chic and modern, not at all pretentious, loved it, very big.

United StatesOVERPRICED!!! Not worth it. I would recommend just coming for lunch or dinner. Be aware that the bedrooms are facing the parking and delivery starts at 5am so get ready to be up early. The staff was not accommodating / understanding.
