Quiet area of Cabezac next to the river. There is a restaurant on site but nobody was eating there as it was out of season and very quiet. We opted for a takeaway pizza at a restaurant nearby. There was a cafe nearby but not much else. Very clean and a decent sized room. Bed reasonably comfortable and staff helpful.

It was very close to the wedding venue where I was going to photograph. Easy to find. Large parking. Very warm welcome. Clean & large room. Helpful staff. Good breakfast in nice surroundings.

At This time of the year a heavy quilt was not appreciate it. Though the room had air-conditioning, if left on, it blew on my friend side of the room. Unfortunately, he did not have a good night sleep. He was forced to turn the air conditioner off and had no covering shift. The weight of the quilt made for a difficult sleep.

An most warm and welcomed Hello, upon arrival. The staff were very helpful and friendly. What we most remember was the excellent dinner. It is obvious that their chef has been well trained and knows his way around the kitchen. Not only was the meal delicious, but also well presented.

Delightful, historic property, easy to find with a large carpark. Exceptionally clean. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Excellent dinner and breakfast. We reserved a room overlooking the pool and weren't disturbed by any traffic noise. Only stayed for one night en route to the Alpes-Maritime, but would happily stay for longer and use it as a base for exploring the area. Thoroughly recommended.

There is nothing to fault. The location is rural and quiet so offers relaxation and calm.

For our trip to Spain the location was ideal and the hotel provided an exceptional overnight experience. The stylish design is relaxing and completely in keeping with the restoration of the building. With a superb restaurant there is an opportunity to relax in a charming outdoor setting and enjoy fantastic service and dining. Breakfast is individually ordered and presented in the same location. Absolutely first class.

I really can’t find anything I didn’t like.

It’s a charming hotel beautifully decorated. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and clean. The bathroom is well lit with a hairdryer and a huge bath. It’s quiet, has AC and we slept extremely well. The pool is perfect to relax has chairs with comfortable mattresses. The terrasse and restaurant are lovely and the food delicious. There is a small gym with a sauna and shower. The hotel is ideally situated to go visit Carcassonne, Narbonne or Perpignan and has its own parking. They are dog friendly (really) you can bring your dog everywhere. The staff is very professional and what made our stay memorable was Amandine, the owner, an international luxury hotel veteran, who was attentive to all our needs and extremely kind and helpful. She speaks French, English and Spanish. She gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants in the area (some real gems). We will warmly recommend this place to all our friends and will return in the future.

The location was on a busy road with no pavement which made it difficult to walk into the village. Tea & coffee making facilities in the bedroom would have been appreciated.

A pretty hotel with character, very clean with friendly staff. The restaurant serves lovely food and bed was very comfortable.

It would have been good if there was a common lounge area with a TV and perhaps a Bar. No dislikes.

It was a typical French breakfast, very good. It would have been good to have been able to optionally order breakfast items that we eat in the UK. The staff were excellent and most helpful.

We were asked to order breakfast on arrival and then forgot to fill in the form. This meant there was no fresh bakery items available for us. We skipped breakfast.

There was a wonderful warm welcome at the end of a long day traveling. The staff made us feel relaxed and at home straight away. There is a large parking area (a little exposed just off the road) a small swimming pool (but it really was not pool weather when we arrived) and large beers available. The restaurant was good and the menu was less expensive than most we have experienced this trip.
