We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandWe arrived on Sunday evening. The restaurant is not open on Sundays so there was a very bar menu of cold food; salads and cheese and cold cuts. The item we chose had run out. After a seven-hour drive it was a pain having to go look for somewhere to have dinner as there is only a sushi restaurant in walking distance.
Room was spacious, clean, very comfy bed and a new bathroom with nice shower. It also had tea and coffee in the room.

United KingdomThere was lots of dust in our room, the floor in the toilet was filthy, behind the door in the toilet were previous turists hair and pubic hair which was absolutely disgusting. The corridors towards our room haven't been hoovered for quite a long time. When we had dinner in the restaurant, the window sill was dusty and with dead flies, and it was the same when we had breakfast. What a shame that it was dirty.
The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The hotel is lovely.

Convenient location to motorway. No more than 10 minutes and easy to find. Homely looking building and a very friendly welcome. All the staff were fantastic and helpful. Our room was clean tidy and spacious. We had travelled over 600 miles and were tired. We had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was superb. Easy check out and onto the motorway for the next stage of our drive to Italy.

There was a girl at the reception, she got angry and behaved badly when we said we wanted another room, because it smelled in the original room (it was freshly painted or something). When I asked to speak to the manager, he immediately changed his attitude and gave us another room. As a customer I did not feel well received.

United KingdomRestaurant closed which means you have to drive into town therefore negating the advantage of an out of town hotel. We chose the location so we could park at the hotel after a long drive from Italy but was disappointed to find we then needed to get back into the car to find an evening meal. The reception staff were good but inadequate staff on the bar. Air con in the room was working as a fan but not air con. The room temperature did not lower.
